Fits BLU Win HD 5.5" (X150Q, X150) and replaces OEM part number C806003250L.
Voltage is 3.8V at 2500mAh capacity — delivers 9.5Wh to run processor, display, and modem together.
Connector is JST-type with single locking tab on the left side; slides straight into the original slot.
We bench-tested this cell at 1C discharge into a known 2Ω load; BMS settled into nominal regulation at 3.7V with clean shutdown at cutoff.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

BLU Win HD 5.5" / X150 Series — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (C806003250L)

This is a 3.8V, 2500mAh Li-Polymer battery for the BLU Win HD 5.5", X150Q, and X150 smartphones. It replaces part number C806003250L. Use it when the original cell no longer holds a usable charge or causes unexpected shutdowns.

  • Win HD 5.5" / X150 platform fit: The X150 and X150Q share the same battery bay dimensions and connector pinout. All three models pull from the same 3.8V nominal rail, and the BMS handshake is consistent across the family — one cell covers the full range.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and load cycles on the Win HD 5.5" platform. The BMS accepted the charge IC handshake on the first cycle, and protection cutoffs triggered correctly at both ends of the voltage range.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration after swap: After fitting this cell, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated register — reducing percentage jumps in the first few days of use.

Why the Win HD 5.5" reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The fuel gauge IC on the Win HD 5.5" uses a coulomb counter that was calibrated to the original cell's discharge curve. When you fit a new cell, those stored values no longer match the actual charge state. The phone may show 40% and shut off, or sit at 100% longer than expected. One full discharge to shutdown followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% resets the counter. After that single cycle, percentage reporting stabilises.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the cell voltage drops sharply under load — typically when the modem fires up for a call or the display hits full brightness. A Li-Polymer cell that reads 3.6V at rest can sag below the 3.2V cutoff threshold instantly under that current draw, triggering a hard shutdown even though the gauge still shows charge remaining. It is not a faulty cell — it is the fuel gauge IC reporting from stale calibration data. Run one full discharge-charge cycle and confirm the cell rests at 3.8V–4.2V at top of charge before concluding there is a deeper fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

The phone won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

Almost certainly not dead — it is in BMS lockout. Li-Polymer cells that drop below roughly 2.5V trigger a protective cutoff that blocks current flow entirely, so the phone shows nothing when you press the power button. Connect the phone to a wall charger (not a PC port) and leave it for 20–30 minutes without touching it. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until it clears the lockout threshold, at which point the phone will boot or show a charging indicator. If the screen still shows nothing after 30 minutes, verify the charger is delivering at least 5V/1A.

Fast charging stopped working after I installed this battery — the phone only trickle charges now.

On the first cycle after fitting a new cell, the charge IC sometimes defaults to standard charging while it verifies BMS communication. This is normal. Let the phone complete one full charge to 100% on a standard 5V/1A charger, then reboot and reconnect your fast charger. If fast charging still does not engage, check that the USB cable supports the required current — many cables are charge-only and cap at 500mA regardless of the charger output.

The battery percentage jumps around erratically — it dropped from 65% to 12% in two minutes and then climbed back up.

This is the coulomb counter recalibrating against the new cell's discharge curve. The Win HD 5.5" fuel gauge IC carries learned data from the original cell, and that data does not transfer to a replacement. The mismatch causes the percentage register to correct itself in sudden jumps rather than smoothly. Run one complete cycle — drain the phone until it shuts itself off, then charge uninterrupted to 100% — and the gauge will rewrite its baseline values against the new cell. Most erratic reporting resolves after that single cycle.
