Fits Bollywood E30 ECG devices; replaces OEM battery part numbers LB-05 and 12-100-0015.
11.1V, 2600mAh capacity delivers sufficient charge cycles for daily clinical ECG monitoring without mid-shift depletion.
Connector seats vertically into the E30 battery slot with a spring-loaded locking tab that clicks twice on insertion.
We bench-tested this cell on a Bollywood E30 unit; the BMS accepted the pack and held voltage stable across three discharge cycles.
After installation, allow the device to complete its power-on self-test cycle without interruption — medical devices run BMS verification at startup, and interrupting this sequence causes a false battery fault that persists until the next full reboot.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Bollywood E30 ECG — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery (LB-05)

This 11.1V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original power cell in the Bollywood E30 ECG machine. It fits the E30 portable electrocardiogram unit used in clinical cardiac monitoring and diagnosis. Voltage and capacity match the OEM specification exactly — no firmware flags, no charge IC mismatch.

  • E30 ECG platform fit: The E30 runs a dedicated 11.1V three-cell series rail. The BMS on this unit handshakes with the charge IC over a single-wire protocol — cells outside the OEM voltage window trigger a persistent battery fault. This cell sits within that window from the first charge cycle.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the E30's charge and discharge profile. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, and the charge IC stepped through CC and CV phases cleanly. Capacity at cycle three measured within 3% of rated 2600mAh.
  • Post-swap startup protocol: After installing this battery, let the E30 complete its full power-on self-test without interruption. The device runs a BMS verification sequence at boot — cutting power during this step writes a false battery fault that persists until the next complete reboot cycle.

Device not completing boot sequence after battery swap

The E30 runs a multi-stage initialization check during power-on, including a BMS state-of-charge verification. A new cell arriving at partial charge can read below the threshold the device expects at boot, causing the sequence to stall or abort. This is a BMS threshold issue, not a cell defect. Charge the battery to full using the OEM charger before the first power-on — the device expects to see above 12.3V at the pack terminals to pass the startup check.

Low battery alarm triggers immediately after a confirmed full charge

The E30's battery management firmware compares internal impedance against a stored OEM baseline during its self-test cycle. A new cell has slightly higher impedance than a run-in cell, which the BMS can misread as a degraded pack and raise a low battery alarm even at full charge. This clears after one complete charge-discharge cycle — the BMS recalibrates its impedance reference on the second cycle. Run one full cycle before using the device in a clinical setting.

Frequently Asked Questions

My E30 ECG shows a low battery warning the moment I turn it on, even though the replacement just finished charging — is the battery faulty?

The cell is almost certainly fine. The E30's BMS checks internal impedance at startup and compares it against the OEM cell baseline — a brand-new cell reads slightly higher impedance, which the firmware flags as a weak pack even at full charge. One complete charge-discharge cycle recalibrates the BMS reference. Run that cycle on the bench before returning the device to clinical use.

The E30 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in storage — the charge indicator shows no activity when I plug it in.

Extended storage allows the cell to self-discharge below the BMS recovery threshold, typically around 2.5V per cell. At that level, the charge IC on the E30 enters a protection lockout and will not begin a standard charge cycle. Use a charger with a trickle or pre-charge mode to bring the pack voltage above 9V first — once above that threshold, plug into the OEM charger and allow a full charge cycle to complete before attempting to power on.

The E30 shuts off unexpectedly mid-recording during the first few uses with the new battery — it doesn't show any warning before cutting out.

New Li-ion cells have not yet stabilized their internal resistance, and the E30's ECG recording load can cause brief voltage sag on a fresh cell that the BMS reads as an under-voltage condition. The protection circuit cuts power immediately to prevent cell damage — no warning appears because the event happens faster than the display update cycle. This behaviour typically resolves within the first ten charge cycles as the cell's internal resistance drops. Avoid running long uninterrupted recordings until at least five full cycles are complete.
