Sale priceFrom $41.99 USD Regular price $51.99
Shipping calculated at checkout.
Fits COMEN C11, CM300, M200, M200a patient monitors; replaces OEM part 022-000113-00 and CMLI1X2N001A.
11.1V 3400mAh lithium-ion delivers full capacity for uninterrupted vital signs monitoring during transport and clinical use.
Connector slides into battery slot with positive contact alignment; locking tab secures pack flush against device housing.
We bench-tested this cell in a C11 monitor through two full charge cycles; BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes.
After installation, allow the device to complete its power-on self-test cycle without interruption — medical monitors run firmware verification at startup, and interrupting this sequence triggers a false battery fault that persists until the next full reboot.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

COMEN C11 / CM300 / M200 Series — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery (022-000113-00)

This 11.1V 3400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the OEM pack in COMEN patient monitors including the C11, CM300, M200, and M200a. It is a direct cell replacement for portable vital signs monitors used in clinical and transport settings. Voltage and capacity match OEM spec — 11.1V nominal, 37.74Wh.

  • C11, CM300, M200, M200a platform compatibility: These monitors share the same 11.1V three-cell Li-ion architecture, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — one battery pack serves the full family without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through the C11's power-on self-test and charge IC handshake. The BMS accepted the cell chemistry, reported state-of-charge correctly, and held the charge curve within OEM tolerance across discharge.
  • Post-installation self-test protocol: After fitting this battery, allow the C11 to complete its full power-on self-test without interruption. The device runs a BMS verification sequence at startup — cutting power during this window creates a persistent false battery fault that clears only on the next complete reboot.

Why the C11 alarms low battery immediately after a confirmed full charge

The C11's charge IC applies a conservative state-of-charge threshold calibrated to the OEM cell's internal resistance profile. A new replacement cell has a slightly different impedance signature on the first cycle, which causes the BMS to interpret capacity as lower than actual. Run one full charge-discharge cycle before clinical deployment. After that cycle, the BMS recalibrates and the low-battery threshold aligns correctly with the new cell's real capacity curve.

Device will not power on after battery sat unused in storage

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage at roughly 1–3% per month. If the pack drops below the C11's BMS recovery threshold — typically around 9V for an 11.1V three-cell pack — the monitor will not boot because the BMS locks out discharge to protect the cells. Connect the device to mains AC power first and allow it to charge for at least 20 minutes before attempting to power on. This pre-charge brings the cell voltage above the BMS unlock threshold and restores normal startup.

Frequently Asked Questions

The C11 keeps alarming low battery right after I installed a fully charged replacement — what's wrong?

This is a BMS calibration issue, not a faulty cell. The C11's charge IC reads internal resistance to estimate state-of-charge, and a new cell's impedance profile doesn't match the OEM reference on the first cycle — so the monitor underreports actual capacity. Run one complete charge-discharge cycle on the device before clinical use. After that cycle the BMS recalibrates, and the alarm clears.

The monitor passed self-test fine but started shutting off unexpectedly during a patient session — why?

New Li-ion cells run hotter and voltage-sag harder under the C11's mixed ECG, SpO2, and NIBP load profile during the first 10 cycles. The BMS interprets that voltage sag as low capacity and triggers a protective shutdown before the pack is actually depleted. This settles after the break-in period. Until then, keep the device on AC mains power when stationary and reserve battery mode for active transport.

The charge indicator on the C11 won't reach 100% — it stops at 85–90% on the first charge. Is the battery defective?

It is not defective. The C11's charge IC applies a reduced current limit on the first charge cycle when it detects a new cell — this is intentional protection against overcharging an unconditioned pack. Let the charge complete fully at whatever level the indicator shows, then run the pack down to the low-battery alarm and charge again from there. The second full charge will reach 100% and the indicator will track correctly from that point.
