Replaces DEEBOT part number 10002265 for DEEBOT 600, 601, 605, 710 robotic vacuum models.
14.8V 3400mAh lithium-ion cell delivers full motor voltage under load on carpet and hard floors.
Connector slides into dock contact post vertically; locking tab seats flush against the battery housing cavity.
We bench-tested this pack on a 600 unit — BMS accepted the first charge cycle without fault codes, motor drew steady current through a full cleaning cycle.
Remove this battery from the charging dock immediately after reaching full charge; continuous trickle charging degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles on cordless vacuum platforms.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

DEEBOT 600 / 601 / 605 / 710 Series — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (10002265)

This 14.8V 3400mAh Li-ion battery replaces OEM part 10002265 in ECOVACS DEEBOT robotic vacuum cleaners. It fits the 600, 601, 605, and 710 models, along with four additional variants in the same platform. The connector, cell configuration, and BMS communication match the original factory spec.

  • 600-series platform compatibility: The 600, 601, 605, and 710 share the same 14.8V four-cell series configuration and dock-charge circuit. The BMS handshake on all these models uses the same protocol, so one cell pack covers the full range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through a full charge cycle on a 600-series unit and monitored BMS cutoff thresholds at both the high and low ends. Cell balance held within spec across discharge, and the dock-charge termination triggered correctly at full voltage.
  • Dock charging habit for the 600 series: These robots default to sitting on the dock between every run. That continuous trickle charge accelerates capacity fade faster than in most cordless devices — charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock if it will sit idle for more than a day or two.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low on the DEEBOT 600

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS expects — usually because a partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder to move the same airflow. The BMS reads the elevated draw as a near-depleted cell and reduces output voltage to protect the pack. The indicator still shows mid-charge because the cells themselves are not empty. Clean or replace the filter first, then check whether suction holds through a full cleaning cycle.

DEEBOT 600 motor cutting out mid-run and then recovering after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a flat battery. When suction is sustained under restricted airflow — blocked brush roll, full dustbin, or clogged filter — current spikes above the BMS trip threshold and the pack shuts output momentarily to protect the cells. The robot recovers once the BMS resets, which is why it restarts on its own. Clear the restriction and confirm the brush roll spins freely. If trips continue on a clean machine, check that resting cell voltage is above 14.0V before the next run.

Frequently Asked Questions

My DEEBOT 600 seems to run for less time than it used to even with a new battery — what causes that?

A partially blocked filter is the most common cause. When airflow is restricted, the motor draws more current than rated to maintain suction, which drains the pack faster than a clean-filter run would. The battery is not the fault — the motor is simply working harder than it should. Remove and tap out the filter, or replace it if it is visibly grey, then run a full cycle to confirm the difference.

My DEEBOT 600 has been sitting on the dock for a few months and the new battery already seems weaker — did I get a bad cell?

Continuous dock charging is the likely cause, not a defective cell. The 600 series trickle-charges whenever it sits on the dock, and sustained trickle charge degrades Li-ion capacity faster than normal use cycles would. Remove the robot from the dock when the charge is full and only return it to charge when the battery is depleted. Resting open-circuit voltage on a healthy pack should read between 16.4V and 16.8V after a full charge.

The DEEBOT 600 will not charge on the dock after I installed the replacement battery — what should I check?

The dock uses a BMS handshake to confirm a compatible pack before enabling charge current. If the handshake fails, the dock LED either stays dark or blinks an error pattern rather than a steady charge indicator. Reseat the battery connector firmly and try again — a loose contact breaks the communication line. If it still does not charge, measure voltage at the dock contacts with a multimeter; the dock should output approximately 19V DC at idle with no robot present.
