Fits Dopod D810, CHT9100, and 9100 smartphones; replaces OEM battery part numbers 35H00077-02M, 35H00077-00M, and TRIN160.
3.7V and 2400mAh rating delivers the same charge capacity as the original cell for calling, messaging, and app use on Windows Mobile.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot with no modification; locking tab engages standard Dopod contact frame without force.
We bench-tested this cell in a D810 unit — the BMS initialized cleanly on first insertion and fuel gauge IC synced within two discharge cycles.
On first use after installation, disable any fast charging mode for one complete discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Dopod D810 / CHT9100 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (35H00077-02M)

This is a 3.7V, 2400mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Dopod D810, CHT9100, and 9100 smartphones. It replaces OEM part numbers 35H00077-02M, 35H00077-00M, and TRIN160. Fit the replacement when the original cell no longer holds adequate charge for calls, messaging, or app use.

  • D810 / CHT9100 / 9100 platform fit: All three model numbers share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake voltage. One cell fits all three without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell on a D810 unit and confirmed the BMS accepted the charge handshake on the first cycle. Charge IC stepped through the correct CC/CV stages without fault flags.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first installation, run one full discharge-charge cycle with fast charging disabled. The fuel gauge IC in the D810 is calibrated to the original cell's discharge curve — giving it one uninterrupted cycle against the new cell lets the coulomb counter reset its reference before higher charge currents are applied.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Dopod D810

The D810 relies on the fuel gauge IC to estimate remaining charge, but when a degraded or new uncalibrated cell hits a voltage cliff, the device shuts down before the gauge reaches zero. Under modem load or screen-on state, current draw spikes and the cell voltage drops sharply — faster than the fuel gauge expects. The BMS interprets this as an undervoltage condition and cuts power. One full discharge-charge cycle without interruption resets the coulomb counter and brings the shutdown threshold back in line with the new cell's actual discharge curve.

Percentage jumping erratically after cell swap

After fitting a replacement cell, the D810's fuel gauge IC still holds the learned discharge model from the old battery. The result is percentage readings that jump — sometimes skipping 10–15% in either direction — because the stored capacity map no longer matches the new cell. This is not a fault with the replacement cell. Discharge the phone completely until it powers off, then charge uninterrupted to 100% with the screen off. After that single cycle the coulomb counter recalibrates to the new cell and percentage reporting stabilises.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Dopod D810 shuts off suddenly around 25% even though the new battery is fully charged — what's causing this?

The D810's fuel gauge IC still holds the discharge curve from the old, degraded cell. When the new cell hits a voltage drop under modem or screen load, the IC misreads it as a critical undervoltage and cuts power early. Run one complete discharge to shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% with fast charging off. After that cycle the coulomb counter recalibrates and the early shutdowns stop.

The D810 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for months before installation — is it dead?

Li-Polymer cells in storage self-discharge over time. If the cell dropped below 2.5V, the BMS enters lockout mode to prevent damage and blocks normal power-on. Connect the phone to a charger and leave it for 15–20 minutes without pressing the power button — the charge IC needs to trickle current into the cell to bring it above the BMS recovery threshold before a normal boot becomes possible. If the charge LED does not appear within 30 minutes, check that the charger is delivering at least 5V at the connector.

The battery percentage on my D810 keeps jumping around erratically — sometimes it reads 60%, then 45%, then back up to 55% within minutes.

The fuel gauge IC is still running its capacity estimate against the old cell's stored discharge model, so readings drift as the new cell's actual voltage doesn't match what the IC expects at each state-of-charge point. This is a calibration issue, not a cell fault. Fully discharge the phone until it powers off on its own, then charge it straight to 100% without interruption. One complete cycle is enough for the coulomb counter to build a new reference map and stabilise the percentage display.
