Fits Swisscom XPA v1510 smartphone; replaces OEM battery part numbers 35H00077-00M, 35H00077-02M, and TRIN160.
3.7V and 2400mAh capacity delivers full operating time to the XPA v1510 on a single charge cycle.
Connector and orientation match the original battery slot; no adapter or modification needed for installation.
Bench testing confirmed the BMS accepts charge current without fault codes; fuel gauge IC initialized on first cycle.
Disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle after installation so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates to the new cell curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Swisscom XPA v1510 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (35H00077-00M)

This 3.7V, 2400mAh Li-Polymer battery replaces the original cell in the Swisscom XPA v1510 smartphone. It matches the OEM voltage rail and connector spec for that handset. Capacity is 8.88Wh, sourced against part numbers 35H00077-00M, 35H00077-02M, and TRIN160.

  • XPA v1510 fit: The v1510 uses a fixed connector pinout tied to its charge IC and fuel gauge IC. This cell matches that pinout, so the BMS handshake completes on first boot without triggering a hardware fault.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran a full discharge-charge cycle on the v1510 platform. The BMS accepted the cell, charge current ramped correctly through CC-CV stages, and no thermal flags tripped at the charge IC.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated state.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the XPA v1510 after a cell swap

A new Li-Polymer cell has a slightly different internal impedance profile than the cell it replaces. Under peak modem or screen load, voltage can sag below the BMS cutoff threshold even when the fuel gauge still reads 20–30%. The fuel gauge IC was calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve, so it misreads available capacity on the new cell. One complete slow discharge down to auto-off, followed by a full charge, resets the coulomb counter and eliminates most unexpected shutdowns.

XPA v1510 reporting wrong battery percentage after replacement

The fuel gauge IC stores a learned discharge curve from the previous cell. When you install a new cell, that stored curve no longer matches the actual chemistry, so the percentage readout drifts — often jumping several points or freezing briefly. The fix is one full cycle: charge to 100%, let the phone discharge to auto-off under normal use, then charge back to 100% without interruption. After that cycle, the coulomb counter locks onto the new cell's curve and percentage accuracy stabilises.

Frequently Asked Questions

The XPA v1510 won't power on at all after the new battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

It is likely a BMS lockout, not a dead cell. Li-Polymer cells self-discharge in storage, and if voltage drops below roughly 2.5V per cell, the BMS trips an over-discharge protection latch and blocks output. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without attempting to power it on. Once the charge IC pushes enough current to bring the cell above the 2.5V threshold, the BMS resets and the phone boots normally.

Fast charging stopped working on the XPA v1510 after I installed the replacement battery — the phone only trickle charges now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the charge IC on the v1510 can default to a low-current trickle mode because it does not yet have impedance data for the new cell. This is a protection behaviour, not a fault with the battery. Complete one full charge at the trickle rate, let the phone discharge normally, then plug in again — the charge IC recalibrates against the new cell's impedance on the second cycle and fast charge resumes at the correct current.

The XPA v1510 feels warm near the battery during charging after the swap — is that normal?

A new Li-Polymer cell has higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell, so more energy converts to heat during the initial charge cycles. Light warmth at the back of the handset during charging is expected for the first two to three cycles as impedance drops. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or the charge IC cuts out mid-cycle, stop charging and check that the replacement cell is seated flat with no pressure on the connector — a raised connector raises contact resistance and pushes heat into the cell rather than the circuit.
