Fits Ecovacs Deebot DN620, DN621, CEN360, CEN361 and 22 additional models; replaces OEM part numbers ICR18650-26J-4S1P, BFG-WSQ, UR18650ZY-4S1P-AAM, TW4-11, and 10001866.
14.8V at 3400mAh delivers 50.32Wh; sufficient capacity to restore full cleaning cycles on DN620 without mid-run motor cutout under normal carpet load.
Four-cell series pack slides into the battery slot with connector alignment tabs; vertical orientation locked by spring retention — verify smooth insertion before closing the cover.
Bench testing showed clean BMS current limiting on initial charge; no fault codes or thermal drift on the charger connector during 80-percent load simulation.
Do not leave this pack on the charging dock continuously after full charge — DN620 docks trickle-charge indefinitely, degrading lithium cell capacity within two to three months of permanent dock residence; charge to full and remove immediately.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ecovacs DN620 / DN621 / CEN360 Series — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (ICR18650-26J-4S1P)

This is a 14.8V 3400mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Ecovacs Deebot DN620, DN621, CEN360, CEN361, and compatible models. It slots into the underside battery bay and reconnects to the same BMS harness as the factory cell. Voltage and capacity match the original 50.32Wh specification exactly.

  • DN620 / DN621 / CEN360 series compatibility: These models share a common 14.8V four-cell architecture and the same battery bay dimensions. The connector pinout and BMS communication protocol are identical across the group, so one pack covers all of them without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on a DN620 unit. The BMS handshake completed correctly, the charge indicator responded normally, and the cell voltage held within spec across multiple cycles with no cutoff errors logged.
  • Dock charging habit for DN620 users: Do not leave the DN620 sitting on the charging dock indefinitely between cleans. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion packs of this size. Charge to full, remove from dock, and return it only when the battery is depleted.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the DN620

When the motor draws current against a restricted airflow — blocked filter, tangled brush roll, or a clogged inlet — voltage sag hits the motor drive circuit before the battery gauge registers low. The BMS sees elevated current draw and reduces output to stay within safe limits, which presents as a suction drop even on a freshly charged pack. Clean or replace the HEPA filter first and check the inlet path before assuming the battery is the cause. If suction recovers after clearing the restriction, the battery is not the fault.

DN620 motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers on its own

This is an overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the DN620 hits a sustained blockage — thick carpet pile, debris packed against the brush roll, or a partially blocked filter — the motor current spikes and the BMS cuts output to protect the cells. The pack resets once current demand drops, which is why the unit restarts after a pause. Clear the blockage, check the filter, and confirm the brush roll spins freely. If trips repeat on a clean machine with a new battery, measure resting pack voltage — it should read between 16.4V and 16.8V after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

My DN620 used to clean the whole floor but now it stops way earlier — is that the battery fading or something else?

Most likely both factors are present. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which burns through charge faster and accelerates cell degradation over time. Clean the filter first — if runtime improves noticeably, the filter was the main cause. If the pack still depletes early on a clean machine, the cells have faded and the battery needs replacing.

I replaced the battery on my DN620 but it won't charge — the dock light just blinks and nothing happens.

The DN620 charger handshakes with the BMS before it begins charging. If the BMS in the replacement pack doesn't complete that handshake, the dock will refuse to charge and blink an error. Confirm the connector is fully seated and the pins are clean. If the dock still won't initiate, check the battery resting voltage with a multimeter — a pack sitting below 10V may need a brief activation charge before the BMS responds normally.

My DN620 has been sitting on the dock plugged in for months — could that have killed the original battery?

Yes. Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade in DN620 packs. The charger keeps the cells at full voltage indefinitely, and sustained high-state-of-charge stress degrades Li-ion cells faster than regular charge cycles do. With a replacement pack, charge to full and then remove the unit from the dock until the next clean. That single habit change extends cell life significantly.
