Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Eufy RoboVac X10 Pro Omni — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (G0914E1)
This 14.4V 2400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the OEM G0914E1 cell in the Eufy RoboVac X10 Pro Omni and X10 Pro robotic vacuum cleaners. It fits the same slot, uses the same connector, and the BMS communicates with the charger base the same way as the original. Capacity figures come from the product data — 2400mAh / 34.56Wh.
- RoboVac X10 Pro and X10 Pro Omni fit: Both models run the same 14.4V power rail, share the G0914E1 form factor, and use the same BMS handshake with the charging dock — so one cell covers the full X10 Pro lineup without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the RoboVac charging dock and confirmed the BMS handshake completes correctly. The dock reached charge termination without errors, and the cell held voltage within spec across multiple discharge cycles.
- Dock charging habit for RoboVac units: Do not leave the X10 Pro on the dock permanently between uses. Robotic vacuums on continuous dock charge develop capacity fade faster than units charged only when the cell is depleted — charge to full, then let it run down before docking again.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low on the X10 Pro Omni
A partially blocked filter forces the RoboVac's motor to draw significantly more current than rated, which causes voltage to sag under load even when the cell still shows charge. The BMS reads the voltage drop and begins throttling motor power to protect the cell — this shows up as reduced suction, not a low battery warning. The indicator reflects state of charge at rest, not under load, so it lags behind what the motor is actually experiencing. Clean or replace the filter first; if suction stays consistent after that, the issue is filter restriction, not the battery.
Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery failure. When the RoboVac's suction path is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or a tight carpet loop — the motor pulls a sustained current spike above the BMS threshold. The BMS opens the circuit to protect the cell, the motor stops, and once current demand drops the BMS resets automatically. Clear the restriction, check the brush roll for hair tangles, and confirm the filter is seated correctly before assuming the battery is at fault.

Frequently Asked Questions
My RoboVac X10 Pro Omni won't sit on the dock and charge after I fitted the replacement battery — the dock light just blinks and stops.
The dock uses a BMS handshake to verify the cell before committing to a charge cycle — if the connection between the battery terminals and the dock contacts is intermittent, the handshake fails and the dock aborts. Remove the battery, reseat it firmly, and check that the gold contacts on the battery face are clean and flat against the dock pins. If the dock still blinks out, wipe the contacts with a dry cloth and retry; a successful handshake will show a steady charge indicator within 30 seconds of docking.
My X10 Pro Omni covers noticeably less floor area than it used to before returning to dock — the battery is only a few months old.
Capacity fade this early almost always traces back to continuous dock charging rather than cell defect. When the RoboVac sits on the dock permanently, the charger trickle-charges the cell constantly, which degrades lithium cells faster than normal charge-discharge cycling does. Run the battery down to near-empty before each dock return and remove it from the dock once the charge indicator shows full — this alone can recover a significant portion of effective capacity within a few cycles. If capacity stays low after changing the charging habit, the cell itself may have already degraded past recovery.
The X10 Pro Omni loses suction power on thick carpet within minutes of starting, even with a fresh charge — but runs fine on hard floors.
Thick carpet increases motor load substantially, and if the filter has any restriction at all, the combined draw pushes current high enough that the BMS begins voltage-sag throttling before the cell is meaningfully depleted. The result is noticeable suction loss on carpet while hard floor performance looks normal. Check and clean the filter and brush roll before attributing this to the battery. If suction holds consistently on carpet after clearing the restriction, the motor and battery are functioning correctly — confirm filter airflow is fully clear and the brush roll spins freely.
