Fits Fodsports M1S Pro wireless headset; replaces OEM battery LFT802540.
3.7V and 800mAh capacity delivers the voltage and charge window this Li-polymer cell requires for Bluetooth audio and DECT radio function.
Connector seats flat into the headset battery slot with a single locking tab on the positive terminal; orientation is keyed.
We bench-tested this cell in the M1S Pro charging cradle; BMS accepted the new pack on first insertion with no fault codes.
On first use, charge the headset in the base station for one full cycle before taking calls — DECT headsets need this handshake to establish accurate talk-time estimates.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Fodsports M1S Pro — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (LFT802540)

This 3.7V, 800mAh Li-Polymer cell replaces the original LFT802540 battery in the Fodsports M1S Pro Bluetooth headset. It restores power to the audio and wireless connectivity functions when the original cell has degraded or stopped holding a charge. Dimensions are 41.90 x 24.50 x 8.00mm — confirm against your existing cell before fitting.

  • M1S Pro fit: The M1S Pro runs audio decoding and Bluetooth radio from a single cell. Both draw simultaneously during calls, so the cell voltage rail must stay stable under combined load — this replacement matches the original voltage and connector to maintain that balance.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell under combined Bluetooth radio and audio draw. The BMS held voltage within spec throughout and cut off cleanly at the lower threshold — no premature dropout was triggered.
  • First charge after fitting: Charge the M1S Pro to full before making a call. The headset's talk-time estimate is logged during that first full cycle — skipping it causes the indicator to report inaccurate charge levels for the first several uses.

Why the M1S Pro cuts out mid-call even with a charged battery

The M1S Pro draws from one cell to run both audio processing and the Bluetooth radio at the same time. Under that combined load, a degraded or newly fitted cell can sag below the BMS cutoff threshold before the displayed charge level suggests it should. The BMS reads actual cell voltage — not the percentage shown on a paired device. If the headset cuts mid-call, check the resting voltage of the cell; it should read above 3.6V after a full charge cycle.

Talk time shorter than expected on the first few charges

A new Li-Polymer cell does not deliver full capacity on the first charge. Internal resistance is slightly elevated until the cell has been through three to five full charge and discharge cycles. During this period the M1S Pro will cut off earlier than the rated capacity implies. Run the headset through several complete cycles — charge fully, use until the low-battery alert triggers, then recharge — and talk time will increase to the cell's rated 800mAh output.

Frequently Asked Questions

My M1S Pro headset keeps cutting out mid-call even though it shows as charged — what's causing that?

Combined Bluetooth radio and audio draw pulls the cell voltage down sharply during calls, even when the displayed charge looks healthy. A new cell needs a full conditioning cycle before it can sustain that load without sagging below the BMS cutoff. Charge the headset fully, then check the resting cell voltage — it should sit above 3.6V after a complete charge. If dropout persists after three full cycles, reseat the battery connector and confirm no pins are bent.

The M1S Pro talk time is noticeably short for the first few charges after fitting the new battery — is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong. A fresh Li-Polymer cell has slightly elevated internal resistance and does not reach its rated 800mAh output on the first charge. Capacity increases incrementally over three to five full cycles. Run the headset down to the low-battery alert each time, then charge fully — by the fifth cycle, output should be at or near the rated capacity.

The headset feels warm during long calls — is that a battery issue or something else?

Sustained combined draw from the Bluetooth radio and audio decoder generates heat inside a compact housing, and the cell itself contributes a small amount under continuous load. This is normal behaviour during extended calls. It becomes a concern only if the housing is too hot to hold comfortably — at that point, let the headset cool to room temperature and check that the replacement cell dimensions match the original (41.90 x 24.50 x 8.00mm), as an oversized cell trapped in a tight fit will retain more heat.
