This is a 6V, 2000mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the Fresenius Injectomat 500 and Injectomat 500D infusion pumps, as well as the MCM Agilia 500 and MCM Agilia 500D. It replaces OEM part numbers 125-00-455100032, BK-3MCC, MGH00194, Z178130, and 110306-O. The battery powers the portable pump during patient transport and when mains supply is unavailable.

The cell is not dead; it needs a slow recovery charge before the BMS will recognise it. Connect the pump to mains and leave it on charge for a full cycle without attempting to power on. Once the cell recovers above the BMS threshold, the device will boot normally.

New Ni-MH cells deliver lower sustained current in the first 5–10 cycles because the electrode chemistry hasn't fully activated. The Injectomat's load profile during an active infusion cycle stresses the cell harder than a standby draw, and the BMS will trip a protective cutoff if the cell voltage sags below its discharge floor under that load. This is not a fault — it resolves after the cell completes its break-in cycles. Run 5–10 full charge-discharge cycles on a non-critical load before using the pump in a monitored clinical infusion.
