Fits Fujitsu LifeBook M2010, M2011 notebooks replacing CP432218-01, FMVNBP173, FPB0213, FPCBP216, and FPCBP217 cells.
10.8V 6600mAh Li-ion pack delivers 71.28Wh to restore full charge cycles on aging LifeBook systems.
Connector slides straight into the battery slot with a single locking tab; orientation is keyed and cannot reverse.
We ran charge cycles on a LifeBook M2010 bench unit — the BMS accepted the cell immediately with no fault codes or charge gating.
After installation, discharge the LifeBook fully to hibernation cutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears the inaccurate health warnings that appear after every cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Fujitsu LifeBook M2010 / M2011 — 10.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (CP432218-01)

This is a 10.8V, 6600mAh (71.28Wh) Li-ion replacement battery for the Fujitsu LifeBook M2010 and M2011 notebooks, as well as the FMV-BIBLO LOOX M/D10 and M/D15 series. It replaces OEM part numbers CP432218-01, FMVNBP173, FPCBP216, FPCBP217, and related variants. The connector and cell configuration match the original pack exactly.

  • LifeBook M2010 / M2011 and LOOX M series compatibility: These models share the same battery bay form factor, 10.8V three-cell-series configuration, and BMS communication protocol. One pack covers all listed units without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery through full charge and discharge on a LifeBook M2010. The BMS reported correct voltage at each stage, and the protection circuit engaged normally at low-cell cutoff with no fault flags thrown.
  • Post-install calibration on the LifeBook M2010: After installing this pack, run one full discharge to hibernate cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears the inaccurate health warning that appears after every cell swap on this platform.

BIOS reporting poor battery health immediately after replacement

The LifeBook M2010 BIOS reads EEPROM data stored in the battery pack to assess health. When a new cell goes in, that EEPROM data does not match what the BIOS expects from the previous pack's usage history. The system flags it as degraded — not because the cell is faulty, but because the learn cycle has not run yet. One full discharge-to-hibernate followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% resets the cycle and clears the warning.

LifeBook shutting down at 20–30% battery shown on screen

This happens when the fuel gauge IC still holds calibration data from the old, degraded cell. The IC predicts remaining capacity based on the old cell's voltage curve, which collapses far earlier than the new cell's. Under combined CPU and display load, the system hits a voltage threshold the old curve never reached, and the BIOS forces an immediate shutdown. Run two full discharge-to-hibernate cycles and charge to 100% after each — the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the new cell's actual curve and the shutdowns stop.

Frequently Asked Questions

The LifeBook M2010 shows the battery as "0%" or "unknown" right after I put the new one in — is the pack dead?

The pack is not dead. The LifeBook M2010 fuel gauge IC is reading EEPROM state data from the previous battery and cannot yet map it to the new cell. Discharge the laptop fully to hibernate cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. After one complete cycle the gauge IC locks onto the new cell's voltage curve and reports correctly.

Windows is showing the wrong Wh rating for this battery in the system report — it says something lower than 71Wh.

The Wh figure shown in Windows pulls from the EEPROM "design capacity" field written into the battery pack, which can differ from the actual cell chemistry capacity on replacement units. This is a data field mismatch, not a cell fault. Run the battery through one full discharge-to-hibernate and a full recharge — the system will update the reported figure to reflect what the pack is actually delivering.

My replacement battery won't charge past 80% on the LifeBook M2010 — the charge light goes off and it stays stuck.

The LifeBook BIOS includes a charge limit function that activates when it still has the old battery's health profile in memory. It interprets the new pack as a degraded cell and caps charging to protect what it thinks is a failing battery. Discharge fully to hibernate cutoff, then charge to 100% without interruption. This triggers the BIOS battery learn cycle and lifts the 80% cap — the battery will reach full charge on the next cycle.
