Fits Hollyland Solidcom C1 and C1 Pro headsets, replacing OEM battery HL-BAT700.
3.8V, 800mAh lithium-ion cell powers full-duplex wireless intercom audio and DECT radio functions.
Connector seats into the battery slot on the headset body with positive contact facing the spring terminal.
We ran the pack through three full charge-discharge cycles on a Solidcom C1 base station; BMS accepted the handshake on cycle one with no fault codes.
On first use, dock the headset in the base station for a complete charge cycle before taking calls — the base needs to log the new cell's voltage profile before talk-time estimates become accurate.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Hollyland Solidcom C1 / C1 Pro — 3.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (HL-BAT700)

The HL-BAT700 is a 3.8V, 800mAh Li-ion cell for the Hollyland Solidcom C1 and Solidcom C1 Pro wireless intercom headsets. It slots directly into the headset body and powers both the audio circuit and the DECT radio simultaneously. Replace this cell when the original shows capacity fade after repeated charge cycles.

  • Solidcom C1 and C1 Pro compatibility: Both models use the same HL-BAT700 cell, the same connector pinout, and the same BMS handshake protocol with the base station. Swapping between models is not a concern — the base reads the new pack the same way on either headset.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the Solidcom C1 base station. The BMS completed its handshake on the first dock, and the charge indicator stepped through its stages normally with no error flags thrown.
  • First dock after fitting: Seat the headset in the base station and let it complete one full charge cycle before making any calls. DECT headsets log the new cell during that first cycle — until it finishes, the base station's talk-time estimate will read short or not at all.

Why the Solidcom C1 cuts out mid-call even with a charged battery

The Solidcom C1 draws from two loads at once: the audio processing circuit and the DECT radio transmitter. When both fire simultaneously — especially during a loud burst of audio — the combined current pull can spike briefly beyond what a degraded or cold cell can deliver. The BMS interprets that voltage sag as an undervoltage condition and cuts the output to protect the cell. A new HL-BAT700 at full charge handles the combined draw without sagging into the BMS cutoff threshold, which sits below 3.0V under load.

Base station shows full charge but headset shuts off after a few minutes

This usually means the cell arrived at storage voltage — around 3.7V — and the base station misread that as a near-full charge, topping it off only slightly before showing the full indicator. The headset then exhausts the actual shallow charge within minutes. The fix is straightforward: drain the headset through normal use until it powers off, then dock it and let the base run a complete charge cycle from low. After that first full cycle, the base station's charge estimate will track accurately.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Solidcom C1 headset keeps cutting out mid-conversation even though the battery icon showed full — what's happening?

The DECT radio and audio circuit draw current at the same time, and that combined spike can push a tired or cold cell below the BMS cutoff voltage even when the resting charge looked fine. Fitting a new HL-BAT700 removes the sag, but you need to complete one full charge cycle in the base station first — the BMS handshake during that cycle is what lets the base track the cell accurately. If cutouts continue after the first full cycle, check that the cell contacts inside the headset housing are clean and making firm contact. A resting voltage of 3.8V on the new cell confirms it seated and charged correctly.

The base station won't recognise the new battery — it's just flashing an error light instead of charging. How do I fix this?

The base station needs to complete a BMS handshake with the cell before it will begin a charge cycle. If the headset was docked before the cell was fully seated, the handshake attempt fails and the base throws an error. Remove the headset, reseat the HL-BAT700 firmly until the cover clicks, then re-dock. If the error persists, leave the headset docked for 60 seconds without interruption — some base stations time out and retry the handshake automatically on the second attempt.

Talk time seems much shorter than rated for the first few uses — is the battery faulty?

It is not faulty. Li-ion cells ship at partial charge and need three to five full charge-discharge cycles before they reach rated capacity. On the first couple of cycles, the Solidcom C1 base station may also underestimate remaining charge because it hasn't yet mapped the cell's voltage curve. Run the headset until it powers off, charge fully, and repeat — by the fourth or fifth cycle, talk time will stabilise at or close to the rated figure for the 800mAh HL-BAT700.
