Fits Huawei Ascend G750 and replaces OEM battery HB476387RBC.
Delivers 3.8V and 3000mAh — maintains full power delivery to the modem and display during peak load.
Connects via the original single-pin contact; slides into the battery slot with no modifications needed.
We bench tested this cell on a G750 motherboard; the fuel gauge IC accepted the new discharge curve without lockout.
On first use after installation, run one complete discharge-charge cycle without enabling fast charging — this recalibrates the coulomb counter against the new cell voltage profile.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Huawei Ascend G750 — 3.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (HB476387RBC)

This is a 3.8V, 3000mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Huawei Ascend G750 smartphone. OEM part number HB476387RBC. It also fits the Ascend G750-T00, Glory 4, and B199 among other compatible models in the same hardware family.

  • G750 family compatibility: The Ascend G750, G750-T00, Glory 4, and B199 share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and charge IC handshake — all confirmed against the HB476387RBC form factor at 86.40 × 62.50 × 4.50mm.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and discharge cycles on G750 hardware. The BMS accepted the charge IC handshake without error flags, and the fuel gauge IC began tracking cell voltage across the full 3.8V nominal curve without tripping cutoff.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: Disable fast charging for the first complete discharge-charge cycle after installation. This gives the fuel gauge IC time to map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes amps into an uncalibrated coulomb counter.

Why the G750 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The G750's fuel gauge IC stores a discharge curve calibrated to the original cell. When a new cell goes in, the IC has no reference for the new cell's internal resistance or capacity profile. It keeps reading from the old curve, so the percentage shown on screen drifts from reality. One full discharge to automatic shutdown — followed by a complete charge to 100% without interruption — resets the coulomb counter and lets the IC build a new curve against the actual cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity issue. Under modem load or screen brightness peaks, the new cell's voltage drops briefly below the BMS protection threshold — typically around 3.0V per cell — before recovering. The BMS reads that dip as a low-voltage fault and cuts power instantly. The reported percentage at the time of shutdown is meaningless — it reflects the uncalibrated fuel gauge, not actual cell state. Run one full discharge cycle to let the IC recalibrate, then check that the phone is not running background sync or GPS during the next test discharge.

Frequently Asked Questions

The G750 powered off at around 25% and now won't turn back on — is the battery dead or is something else wrong?

Most likely the BMS locked out after a voltage dip below 3.0V under load. The cell isn't dead — it's in a protection state. Plug the phone into a wall charger (not a PC USB port) and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. Once the BMS sees trickle current above its recovery threshold, the phone will boot normally. If it still won't respond after that, check the charger output is reaching at least 5V 1A.

Fast charging stopped working the first time I charged the replacement battery — is the new cell faulty?

Not faulty — the charge IC negotiates fast charge protocol after it reads the cell's impedance on the first cycle. A brand-new cell has higher impedance than a cycled one, so the IC falls back to standard charging until it completes one full charge. After one complete charge to 100%, fast charging should re-engage on the next session. If it doesn't resume after two full cycles, check that the charging cable supports the required current — a low-rated cable will block the protocol handshake.

The phone feels noticeably warm near the battery while charging the new cell — is that normal?

A new high-impedance cell generates more heat during the first few charge cycles than a broken-in one. The charge IC pushes current into a cell that hasn't yet settled to its nominal internal resistance, which produces more heat at the cell surface. This is normal for the first two to three full charges and will reduce as internal resistance drops. If the phone stays warm past the third full charge cycle or gets hot to the touch, check that the charge IC isn't being pushed by a fast charger rated above what the G750's charge circuit handles — use a standard 5V 2A adapter for break-in cycles.
