If this happens repeatedly in the same conditions, slow down the mowing pace to reduce continuous load on the motor, which keeps draw below the BMS trip point.

Li-ion cells stored at low charge over winter can drop below the charger's minimum acceptance voltage — typically under 2.5V per cell. The charger reads this as a fault and refuses to begin a charge cycle. To recover the pack, leave it at room temperature (above 15°C) for several hours, then attempt charging again. If the charger still shows a fault after two attempts at room temperature, the cells have self-discharged past safe recovery and the pack should be replaced.
