When sustained restricted airflow forces the motor to pull above the pack's rated current threshold, the protection circuit opens the output to prevent cell damage, then resets after a few seconds. It will keep tripping until the restriction is cleared. Check the filter and brush-roll for blockage, then confirm the pack voltage reads at least 14.0V resting before the next run.
