Fits iMartine C800 and D900C cordless vacuums; replaces OEM part CMICR18650F8M7-4S1P.
14.4V nominal, 2600mAh capacity delivers the voltage and charge the motor requires for sustained suction without sag during carpet passes.
Connector interfaces with the C800 dock contacts; pack seats fully into the battery slot with a positive locking tab that clicks when seated.
We bench-tested the BMS on a C800 motor load — voltage held steady through a sustained 15A draw, then tripped clean on overcurrent at restriction point.
Do not leave this pack on the charging dock after reaching full charge; continuous trickle charging degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

iMartine C800 / D900C — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (CMICR18650F8M7-4S1P)

This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery pack for the iMartine C800 and D900C cordless stick vacuums. It replaces the original pack when capacity has degraded from repeated charge cycles. Voltage, connector, and BMS communication match the factory specification on both models.

  • C800 and D900C compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V motor rail and use the same pack form factor and connector pinout. The BMS handshake protocol is identical across the two, so one pack covers either unit without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on the C800 motor platform. The BMS held the 14.4V rail steady under sustained suction load and tripped correctly at the low-cell threshold before the motor saw damaging undervoltage.
  • Dock charging behaviour on these vacuums: Do not leave the C800 or D900C sitting on the charging dock continuously. These vacuums trickle-charge when docked and the pack degrades significantly faster under constant top-up current. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

On the C800, suction can fall noticeably while the indicator still shows two or three bars. This is voltage sag — the pack is delivering less than the motor needs under load, even though the resting cell voltage reads as acceptable. A degraded or ageing pack loses the ability to sustain current under the draw of a partially blocked filter. If cleaning bare floors does not trigger it but carpet does, restricted airflow is amplifying the draw and exposing the sag earlier.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a fault with the motor itself. When suction airflow is restricted — a full dustbin, a clogged filter, or a blocked brush roll — the motor works harder and pulls more current than the BMS allows. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, waits for current demand to drop, then restores it. Clear the filter and empty the bin first. If cut-outs stop, the pack is fine. If they continue on an unblocked vacuum, check that the replacement pack's BMS current rating matches the original at 14.4V.

Frequently Asked Questions

My iMartine C800 suction feels weak right after charging — the battery shows full but it still underperforms. What's happening?

A full charge indicator does not guarantee the pack can sustain current under load. If the cells have degraded, resting voltage looks fine but drops under the motor's draw — this is voltage sag, not a charger fault. Check whether a partially blocked filter is making the motor work harder than rated, which exposes the sag immediately. Replace the filter first; if suction is still weak on a clear filter, the pack itself needs replacement and this one will restore the rated 14.4V rail.

The vacuum cuts out for a few seconds then starts again by itself — this happens every time I do carpet. Is the battery faulty?

That self-recovery pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a faulty pack. Carpet cleaning pulls more motor current than bare floors, and if airflow is restricted even slightly — a dirty filter or full bin — the draw spikes above what the BMS permits and it cuts the circuit to protect the cells. Empty the bin, wash or replace the filter, and run it again. If cut-outs stop, the pack is fine; if they continue on an unobstructed vacuum, verify the replacement BMS is rated for the C800's peak draw at 14.4V.

I charged the battery overnight every night and now it barely holds charge after three months. Did I get a defective unit?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of accelerated capacity fade on these vacuums. The C800 trickle-charges when docked, and sustained low-level current damages lithium cells faster than normal charge cycles do. This is not a defective pack — it is a use pattern issue. Charge to full, unplug or remove from the dock, and only return it when depleted; cells maintained this way retain capacity significantly longer.
