This is a 3.7V, 2400mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Infant Optics DXR-8 Pro and DXR-8PPZA parent unit. It powers the parent unit's display, wireless receiver, and IR night vision circuit. When the original battery loses capacity or stops holding charge, this is the direct swap.

Running the DXR-8 Pro parent unit all night with the screen on is a sustained draw across the display backlight, wireless receiver, and audio circuit simultaneously.
