Fits Isweep X3 robotic vacuum; replaces OEM battery for motor and cleaning system operation.
14.8V lithium-ion pack delivers 2600mAh capacity; sustains motor torque on carpet and hard floors.
Connector seats into the X3 charge dock with a friction fit; no locking tab present.
We bench-tested this cell at full discharge into a restricted motor load; BMS held steady until airflow blockage triggered current limiting as designed.
Do not leave the X3 on its charging dock continuously — trickle charge degrades capacity within weeks; charge to full and remove until next use.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Isweep X3 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.8V 2600mAh (38.48Wh) lithium-ion battery pack for the Isweep X3 robotic vacuum cleaner. It replaces the original cell when the existing pack has lost charging capacity and can no longer sustain the motor through a full cleaning cycle. Fits the X3 platform directly.

  • Isweep X3 platform fitment: The X3 draws a consistent 14.8V nominal supply to run both the drive motors and the suction impeller from a single pack. This battery matches that voltage rail and the physical form factor — 69.40 × 37.30 × 37.30mm — so the pack seats and connects correctly without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through load draw tests simulating the X3's motor start surge and sustained suction draw. The BMS held voltage above the undervoltage cutoff threshold through repeated cycles and did not trip on the initial inrush current at power-on.
  • Dock charging discipline on the X3: The X3 auto-returns to its dock and stays connected indefinitely. That continuous trickle current degrades lithium cells faster than normal cycling. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock if it won't run again for an extended period.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws above its rated current — usually from a blocked filter or partial blockage — and the BMS throttles output voltage to protect the cells. The suction impeller slows under reduced voltage, so cleaning performance drops well before the indicator signals a low-battery state. The pack itself is not the root cause. Clean or replace the filter first, then test suction under normal load.

Motor cutting out mid-cycle and then recovering on its own

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a cell failure. When suction is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or hair wrap — the motor pulls sustained high current and the BMS cuts output to prevent cell damage, then resets after a few seconds. The cycle repeats until the restriction is cleared. Inspect the brush roll and filter before assuming the battery is faulty — clearing the blockage stops the trip entirely.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Isweep X3 seems to run much shorter than it used to — could the filter be causing this even with a new battery?

Yes, a partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder and draw significantly more current than its rated load. That extra draw depletes the 2600mAh pack faster regardless of how new the battery is. Remove and clean the filter thoroughly, then run a full cycle. If runtime improves noticeably, the filter was the cause — not the cell.

The X3 worked fine for weeks after I replaced the battery, but now it seems like it holds less charge than when it arrived — what causes that?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause. When the X3 sits on the dock between uses, it receives a low-level trickle charge that slowly degrades lithium cell capacity over weeks. This is not a defective battery — it is a charging pattern issue. Charge the pack to full, remove the vacuum from the dock, and only return it to dock when it needs charging again.

The Isweep X3 won't turn on after sitting unused for several months — is the replacement battery dead?

Deep self-discharge during storage can drop cell voltage below the BMS re-initialisation threshold, which makes the pack appear completely dead. Place the vacuum on the dock for at least 30 to 60 minutes without interruption — the charger needs sustained input to bring cell voltage back above the BMS wake-up floor, typically around 10.0–10.8V for a 14.8V nominal pack. If the charge indicator shows activity after that window, the pack is recovering normally.
