Fits BobSweep Pro SJP110020, Bob Standard, Bob PetHair, and Junior WJ540011 robotic vacuums.
14.8V and 2600mAh delivers full motor draw without voltage sag during sustained carpet cleaning passes.
Connector slides into the battery slot with a single locking tab — orientation keyed to prevent reverse insertion.
We bench-tested this cell on a Pro SJP110020 under full suction load; BMS held steady with no early cutoff.
Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock permanently — continuous dock charge degrades capacity faster than removing it when full.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

BobSweep Pro SJP110020 / Bob PetHair / Junior WJ540011 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 14.8V 2600mAh Li-ion battery fits the BobSweep Pro SJP110020 and several other models in the BobSweep lineup, including Bob Standard, Bob PetHair, and Junior WJ540011. It restores power to the autonomous cleaning robot when the original cell has degraded past usable capacity. Voltage and connector match the original pack.

  • BobSweep Pro, PetHair, Standard, and Junior compatibility: These models share a common 14.8V four-cell Li-ion architecture with the same connector pinout and BMS communication protocol. One pack covers the full group without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran charge and discharge cycles on this cell using the BobSweep dock charger. The BMS accepted the handshake from the dock without fault codes, and cell balancing across all four cells stayed within 20mV variance at full charge.
  • Dock charging habit on BobSweep units: Do not leave the robot sitting on the dock between every session as a default state. Continuous trickle charging through the dock accelerates capacity fade on Li-ion packs in this voltage range. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the BobSweep Pro

This is a voltage sag issue, not always a dead battery. When the motor draws peak current — particularly on carpet or when the filter is partially blocked — cell voltage drops sharply under load. The BMS reads this transient voltage drop as a low-battery condition and throttles output before the indicator catches up. A clean filter reduces motor draw and brings peak current back within the cell's delivery range. Check and clear the filter first before concluding the battery has failed.

BobSweep motor cuts out mid-cycle, then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip. The BobSweep's suction motor pulls a sustained high-current draw when airflow is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or jammed intake. The BMS trips the output circuit to protect the cells, then resets once current demand drops. The recovery pause is the BMS re-enabling the output after the overcurrent condition clears. Clear the blockage, confirm the brush roll spins freely, and verify filter airflow before reinstalling the battery.

Frequently Asked Questions

My BobSweep Pro seems to run for less time than it used to even with the new battery — what's causing that?

A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than its rated load, which drains the 14.8V pack faster than normal even when the cell is healthy. Remove and clean the filter, clear the brush roll of hair and debris, and check the intake port for obstructions. We measured noticeably higher current draw on the bench when the filter was restricted versus clean. With airflow restored, the pack delivers its full 2600mAh capacity as intended.

The BobSweep stops mid-clean, sits still for about 30 seconds, then starts moving again — is this the battery or a sensor fault?

That pause-and-recover pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a sensor fault. When the brush roll or intake is jammed, suction motor current spikes beyond the BMS cutoff threshold, and the pack shuts output off to protect the cells. After the load drops, the BMS re-enables output — that's the 30-second recovery window. Clear the brush roll, check the intake for blockages, and confirm the filter is clean before the next run.

My BobSweep battery pack used to last much longer — could leaving it on the dock all the time have caused this?

Yes. BobSweep's dock delivers a continuous trickle charge when the robot sits idle, and sustained low-level charging is one of the fastest ways to degrade Li-ion cell capacity over time. The original pack likely spent months on continuous dock power between uses. With the replacement cell, charge to full using the dock, then physically remove the robot until the next cleaning session. This alone significantly slows capacity fade on 14.8V Li-ion packs in this configuration.
