Fits Krome Intellekt iQ200 smartphone, replaces OEM battery part numbers SV10B and SV16A.
3.7V and 950mAh capacity delivers the power draw needed for calls, messaging, and apps on this device.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot with single locking tab — ensure tab clicks fully before closing cover.
We bench-tested this cell in an iQ200 unit; the BMS accepted voltage handshake on first insertion with no fault codes.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging runs.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Krome Intellekt iQ200 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (SV10B / SV16A)

This is a 3.7V, 950mAh (3.52Wh) Li-ion cell for the Krome Intellekt iQ200 smartphone. It replaces OEM parts SV10B and SV16A. Install it when the original cell no longer holds charge or the phone shuts down unexpectedly under load.

  • iQ200 platform fit: Both SV10B and SV16A share the same 3.7V nominal voltage rail and connector footprint on the iQ200 motherboard. The BMS on each part number communicates over the same charge management line, so either reference slots into the same circuit without rework.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on an iQ200 unit. The BMS accepted the charge handshake on the first connection, and the protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold — no false cutoffs mid-cycle.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration after swap: On first use after fitting this cell, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% without interruption. This lets the iQ200's fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before normal use resumes.

Why the iQ200 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The iQ200 uses a fuel gauge IC that builds its State of Charge model from the old cell's discharge curve. When you fit a new cell, the IC still references that stale curve. The reported percentage drifts — often reading 30–40% while the actual cell voltage sits at 3.9V or higher. One full uninterrupted discharge-charge cycle forces the coulomb counter to reset and relearn the new cell's endpoints. After that cycle, percentage readings track accurately.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This is a voltage cliff failure, not a capacity problem. Under modem transmit or screen load, the cell voltage drops sharply — the phone's protection circuit reads a voltage below its cutoff threshold and kills power even though the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. It happens most often in the first few cycles when the BMS has not yet calibrated to the new cell. Run two full discharge-charge cycles without fast charging, then confirm the cell resting voltage sits above 3.6V after a partial discharge before assuming the cell is faulty.

Frequently Asked Questions

My iQ200 won't power on at all after the new battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?

Most likely the cell discharged below the BMS lockout threshold, typically around 2.5V per cell, and the protection circuit has latched off. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a computer USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC needs enough current to nudge the cell above the recovery threshold before the BMS will allow normal operation. If the charge LED does not appear within 45 minutes, check the cell resting voltage with a multimeter; anything below 2.4V means the cell has self-discharged past safe recovery.

The iQ200 gets noticeably warm near the battery area during the first few charges — is something wrong?

On a new high-impedance cell, the charge IC runs at a higher voltage differential than it did with the worn original, which generates more heat during the constant-current phase. This is expected for the first two or three cycles and settles as the internal resistance of the new cell stabilises. If the phone becomes hot to the touch — not just warm — or charging stops and resumes repeatedly, check that the charge port contacts are clean and seated. Warmth alone in the first few cycles does not indicate a fault.

Fast charging stopped working after I fitted the replacement battery — my charger used to trigger it on the old cell.

The USB-PD or proprietary fast-charge handshake runs between the charger and the phone's charge IC, but the new BMS can block elevated charge current on the first cycle until it completes an initialisation check. Connect the phone to your fast charger and allow one full standard-rate charge cycle to complete without unplugging early. On the next connection, the charge IC should re-negotiate the higher voltage contract with the charger. If fast charging still does not trigger after two full cycles, confirm the charger outputs the correct voltage profile — the iQ200 requires the handshake to begin at 5V before stepping up.
