Liectroux C30B Series — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (MD-C30B)

This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh (37.44Wh) Li-ion battery pack built to the MD-C30B specification. It fits the Liectroux C30B, C30B 2D, C30B 2D Wifi Robot Vacuum Cleaner, and E30. When the original pack loses the voltage headroom to complete a full cleaning cycle, this replacement restores it.

• C30B and E30 platform compatibility: These models share the same 14.4V power rail, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. A single cell specification covers all listed variants without modification.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the pack through charge and discharge cycles on a C30B unit. The BMS engaged overcurrent protection correctly under a simulated motor blockage and reset cleanly once load was removed.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS expects — usually because the filter is partially blocked. A restricted airflow path forces the motor to work harder, pulling higher amps and triggering a soft voltage sag at the cell level. The robot interprets that sag as reduced charge, so the indicator reads mid-range while suction has already fallen. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest. If the problem persists on a fresh filter, the original battery pack has likely reached end of cell life.

Motor cutting out mid-cycle and then recovering on its own

This is a BMS overcurrent trip — not a permanent fault. When the robot hits a carpet edge, a large debris piece, or a partial blockage, the motor draws a short spike of current above the BMS threshold. The BMS disconnects to protect the cells, then resets once load drops. If this happens repeatedly, check for a blocked brush roll or a clogged filter before assuming the battery is faulty. A healthy pack on this platform should sustain motor-start current without tripping; if trips continue on a clear machine, verify the pack is reading 14.4V fully charged before investigating further.
