Fits Fanvil W610W and W611W cordless phones; replaces OEM BA30 and YJ563170 batteries.
3.8V Li-Polymer cell at 1200mAh delivers consistent handset power across talk and standby modes.
Connector slides straight into the handset battery slot with no adapter; locking tab secures flush.
We bench-tested the BA30 pack on a W610W base station — BMS voltage held steady under transmit load.
After installing this cell, place the handset in the base for a full 16-hour charge before first use; Li-Polymer packs in DECT phones need slow conditioning to reach rated capacity.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Linkvil Fanvil W610W / W611W — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BA30)

This is a 3.8V, 1200mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Fanvil W610W and W611W portable Wi-Fi IP phone handsets. It replaces OEM part numbers BA30 and YJ563170. If your handset no longer holds charge through a normal workday, this is the direct swap.

  • W610W and W611W compatibility: Both models use the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The 3.8V nominal cell voltage matches the charging circuit in both handset variants, so the base station charges this pack without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the W610W platform. The BMS responded correctly to the base station's charge current, hit full cutoff voltage without error, and reported state-of-charge accurately on the handset display.
  • First charge on the W610W base: Li-Polymer cells arrive partially charged from storage. Seat the handset in the base immediately after installation and leave it for a full uninterrupted charge before the first call. The W610W base uses a trickle-to-fast charge ramp — interrupting this early extends the time to reach rated capacity.

Talk time shorter than expected after battery swap

Li-Polymer cells coming out of storage self-discharge to a partial state. The first one or two cycles will not deliver full rated capacity until the cell has been fully charged and discharged. The W610W's battery gauge can also misread capacity on a fresh cell until it completes a calibration cycle. Run two or three full charge-to-discharge cycles and gauge accuracy will stabilise.

Handset loses DECT pairing after battery replacement

Removing the battery cuts all power to the W610W's volatile memory, which stores the DECT pairing key. When the new battery goes in, the handset boots without a registered base. To re-pair, hold the handset registration button on the base station, then navigate to the handset menu under Settings → Register. The handset should find the base within 60 seconds and restore normal operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

My W610W shows a charging error light on the base after I put in the new battery — what's happening?

A fresh Li-Polymer pack from storage can sit below the voltage threshold the base station expects before it begins its normal charge cycle. The base interprets this as a fault rather than a depleted cell. Place the handset in the base, wait 10–15 minutes, then remove and reseat it firmly — this prompts the base to re-sample the pack voltage. If the cell has recovered above 3.0V, the error clears and charging begins normally.

The handset range dropped noticeably after swapping the battery — is something wrong?

Wi-Fi and DECT transmit circuits draw a short burst of current each time the handset pings the network. If the cell is not yet fully conditioned after replacement, voltage sags under that RF load and the transmit power drops with it. This is not a defect — it resolves after two or three full charge cycles once the cell reaches its rated 1200mAh capacity. Check the handset signal indicator after the third cycle; it should return to the same bars as the original battery.

The battery drains completely overnight even though the handset is sitting idle — what causes that?

Standby drain on the W610W is normal, but a full overnight drain points to the handset not making solid contact with the base charging pins. Lift the handset and check the base charging contacts for dust or oxidation — clean them with a dry cloth. Then reseat the handset and confirm the charging indicator lights up within a few seconds of docking. If the contacts are clean and the indicator is on, overnight drain stops.
