Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

NaturaLED 7334 BAEM15-48BC/MV-A Series — 9.6V LiFePO4 Replacement Battery (PR-7334)
This is a 9.6V 3200mAh LiFePO4 replacement battery for NaturaLED emergency lighting units. It fits the 7334 BAEM15-48BC/MV-A, 7335 BAEM12-60BC/MV-A, and 7336 BAEM4-60BC/MV-A. Swap it in when the existing cell can no longer hold charge through a full duration test or when the fitting throws a fault LED.
- Fits the 7334, 7335, and 7336 series: All three NaturaLED models share the same 9.6V rail, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — one cell covers all three. The charge controller in each fitting expects the same float voltage, so the swap works without any reconfiguration.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through a full simulated mains-fail cycle. The BMS accepted charge within the expected float window, the protection circuit tripped cleanly at end-of-discharge, and the charge controller returned a green status after one complete cycle.
- First-install test cycle for these fittings: Hold the test button for the full rated duration within 24 hours of installation. NaturaLED's charge controller on these units registers new cell capacity only after one complete load cycle — skipping this step can cause a false fault reading on your next compliance test.
Charge indicator staying red after installing a new PR-7334 cell
LiFePO4 cells drop to around 9.0V or below during extended storage. NaturaLED's charge controller on the 7334 series has a float acceptance window — if the incoming cell voltage sits below roughly 9.2V, the controller treats it as a fault rather than beginning a charge cycle. The cell itself is fine; it just needs a brief pre-charge nudge. Leave the fitting powered for 12–24 hours with no load interruption and the controller will typically begin the standard charge cycle once the cell voltage climbs into the acceptance range.
Emergency light dims noticeably partway through a duration test
This happens when a new cell has not completed its first full conditioning cycle before a compliance test is run. The cell's usable capacity on delivery is not yet at the rated 3200mAh — it takes one complete charge-then-discharge pass to reach that figure. If the fitting dims during the test, let it charge fully for 24 hours, then run a second manual test. On the second cycle the cell should sustain full brightness through the entire rated duration. Confirm full charge before the second test by checking that the charge LED has returned to green.

Frequently Asked Questions
My NaturaLED 7334 fitting failed its compliance duration test right after I put in a new battery — do I have a faulty cell?
Not necessarily. A fresh LiFePO4 cell straight from storage rarely delivers full rated capacity on its first discharge — it needs one complete charge-then-discharge cycle to reach the rated 3200mAh. Let the fitting charge for a full 24 hours after installation, then hold the test button and run a second full duration test. Most fittings pass on that second cycle.
The charge indicator on my BAEM15-48BC/MV-A has been red for over 24 hours since I replaced the battery — what's happening?
LiFePO4 cells can drop to around 9.0V during storage, which sits below the float acceptance window on NaturaLED's charge controller. The controller reads that as a fault and won't initiate a charge cycle. Keep the fitting powered continuously without interrupting the mains supply — once the cell voltage climbs above roughly 9.2V, the controller will begin charging and the LED will shift to green.
I replaced the battery in my NaturaLED 7335 and the fitting still shows a fault LED even though I confirmed the battery is installed correctly — how do I clear it?
Some NaturaLED fittings latch a fault condition in the controller and won't clear it automatically after a new cell is fitted. Isolate mains power to the fitting for 30 seconds, then restore it — this forces the controller to reinitialise and read the new cell voltage from scratch. If the fault LED returns after that reset, check that the connector is fully seated and that cell voltage is above 9.2V before the controller attempts its first charge cycle.
