Fits Nestor E.Ziclean Furtiv and H.Koenig Swr22 robotic vacuums, replacing OEM battery CS-KSB002VX.
14.4V Ni-MH at 3500mAh delivers consistent power to motor and brush across carpet and hard floors.
Connector slides straight into dock bay with positive contact pins aligned; no locking tab needed.
We bench tested this cell on a Furtiv unit — BMS engaged within two seconds, no fault codes.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge; dock charging causes capacity fade faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Nestor E.Ziclean Furtiv / H.Koenig Swr22 — 14.4V Ni-MH Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V Ni-MH replacement battery rated at 3500mAh (50.4Wh) for the Nestor E.Ziclean Furtiv and H.Koenig Swr22 robotic vacuum cleaners. It slots in when the original cell can no longer hold a useful charge, restoring the vacuum's ability to complete a full cleaning cycle. Capacity figure is taken from the product specification — not estimated.

  • E.Ziclean Furtiv and Swr22 compatibility: Both models run on the same 14.4V battery platform and share an identical connector footprint and BMS voltage threshold, which is why a single replacement cell covers both units without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the bench and confirmed the BMS communicates correctly with the charger — charge acceptance was normal and the protection circuit tripped cleanly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold without requiring a manual reset.
  • Dock charging habit on robotic vacuums: Do not leave the E.Ziclean Furtiv sitting on the dock between uses permanently. Continuous trickle charge from the dock degrades Ni-MH cells faster than scheduled charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock until the next run.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

Ni-MH cells in robotic vacuums show voltage sag under motor load before the pack is actually depleted. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor draws above its rated current and the pack voltage drops sharply, triggering the low-power threshold early. The vacuum then reduces suction or returns to dock even though the cell has remaining capacity. Clean or replace the filter first — if suction holds after that, the battery was not the problem.

Motor cutting out mid-run and then recovering after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the intake is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or the unit pressed against a wall — the motor pulls sustained high current and the protection circuit shuts the output to prevent cell damage. The pack recovers once current draw drops, so the unit powers back on. Clear the restriction, confirm the brush roll spins freely, then restart — the cut-out should not repeat on an unobstructed run.

Frequently Asked Questions

My E.Ziclean Furtiv returns to the dock after only a short run even though I just fitted the new battery — what's happening?

A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more than its rated current, which collapses the pack voltage early and tells the vacuum it's depleted before it actually is. Remove the filter, clean it thoroughly, and reinstall it. If the vacuum then completes a full run, the battery is fine — the filter was the cause. Check the brush roll for tangled debris at the same time.

The replacement battery charges on the dock but the vacuum loses suction noticeably before the indicator shows low — is that normal for Ni-MH?

Ni-MH cells exhibit voltage sag under heavy motor load, so perceived suction drops before the pack reaches its low-voltage cutoff. This is more pronounced when the filter has any restriction, because the motor pulls harder and drags the voltage down faster. It is not a defective cell. Clean the filter and verify suction holds evenly across a full run — voltage sag under clean load conditions is minimal at 14.4V.

My E.Ziclean Furtiv ran noticeably shorter cycles after about six months of sitting on the dock between every use — did I kill the battery?

Continuous dock charging delivers a slow trickle current to a Ni-MH pack that is already full, and over several months this degrades cell capacity measurably. The dock is for charging, not storage. Going forward, charge the replacement battery to full and remove the unit from the dock — only return it to dock when you want to run a charge cycle. Capacity fade from this cause is not recoverable, but the new cell will hold its rating if you change the habit now.
