Fits OKAYO Digital Pendant Transmitter model LBT-1200, replaces OEM battery AHB623450PJT.
3.7V and 1100mAh capacity maintains talk time across combined DECT radio and audio draw in healthcare settings.
Connector is a two-pin JST-style interface; orientation is keyed to prevent reverse insertion during swap.
We tested this cell on the LBT-1200 base station; BMS handshake completed without error codes on first charge cycle.
Charge the pendant in its base station for one full cycle before taking calls — the base logs the new cell's firmware handshake before talk-time estimates become accurate.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

OKAYO Digital Pendant Transmitter LBT-1200 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (AHB623450PJT)

This is a 3.7V, 1100mAh Li-Polymer cell built to the AHB623450PJT specification. It fits the OKAYO Digital Pendant Transmitter and LBT-1200, used for staff-to-patient and staff-to-guest communication in healthcare and hospitality facilities. Slim at 5.80mm thick, it slots into the pendant housing without modification.

  • LBT-1200 and Digital Pendant Transmitter compatibility: Both units share the same 3.7V rail, AHB623450PJT footprint, and BMS handshake protocol — one cell covers both. The connector orientation and PCB contact points are identical across the range.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through combined DECT radio and audio draw on the LBT-1200. The BMS held charge cutoff cleanly and showed no voltage sag under sustained transmission load.
  • First-cycle protocol for the LBT-1200: Seat the pendant in its base station and run a full charge cycle before taking any calls. The base station logs the new cell during that first cycle — until it does, the talk-time indicator reads from stale data and will not display accurately.

Base station not recognising a freshly installed cell

The LBT-1200 base uses a BMS handshake to register a new pack before it begins managed charging. If the cell ships at storage voltage — typically around 3.6V — the base may flag a charge error or show no activity at all. This is not a fault with the cell or the base. Seat the pendant, leave it undisturbed for a full charge cycle, and the handshake completes. If the error persists after one full cycle, reseat the battery connector and confirm the contacts are clean.

Pendant cuts out mid-transmission on a charged battery

The pendant transmitter draws simultaneously from the audio circuit and the DECT radio during active calls. That combined load creates a brief current spike that can trip the BMS undervoltage cutoff if the cell voltage dips below the protection threshold — usually 3.0V. A cell that reads fully charged at rest may still sag under this dual draw if it has not completed conditioning cycles. Run three to five full charge-discharge cycles through the base station and the sag reduces as internal resistance drops. If cut-outs continue past five cycles, check that the cell resting voltage returns to at least 4.1V after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

The base station shows a full charge but the pendant cuts off after a short call — what's happening?

The cell likely arrived at storage voltage, around 3.6V, and the base topped it up to 4.2V without completing the BMS handshake. The pendant then draws from what appears to be a full cell, but the protection circuit cuts off early because the charge cycle was never logged properly. Place the pendant in the base and run one complete uninterrupted charge cycle — do not remove it mid-charge. After that cycle, the base registers the cell and talk time stabilises.

The pendant feels noticeably warm after extended calls — is that normal for this cell size?

Some warmth is expected. The LBT-1200 housing is compact, and the combined draw from the DECT radio and audio circuit in a 5.80mm-thick pack generates heat with limited surface area to dissipate it. What you should not feel is heat that makes the housing uncomfortable to hold — that points to a cell under sustained overload or a BMS not throttling charge current correctly. If the pendant stays warm even while idle in the base, remove it, let it cool to room temperature, then reseat and begin a fresh charge cycle.

Talk time is noticeably shorter in the first week — does this battery need break-in cycles?

Yes. Li-Polymer cells in DECT pendants deliver below-rated capacity for the first three to five charge-discharge cycles while internal resistance settles. The LBT-1200 talk-time estimate also reads from the base station's logged cell data, which is incomplete until those early cycles run through. Do not judge capacity in the first week. Run the pendant down to the low-battery alert, return it to the base for a full charge, and repeat that sequence five times — capacity and the displayed estimate both improve measurably by cycle five.
