Fits Ultenic cordless stick vacuums; replaces OEM part number H18650CH-4S1P.
14.4V and 2600mAh delivers 37.44Wh to restore full motor power on depleted packs.
Connector seats straight into the battery slot with a spring-loaded locking tab engagement.
We ran charge cycles on the BMS; cells accepted current without fault codes or cutoff delays.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently — continuous dock charge causes capacity fade faster than charge-then-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ultenic H18650CH-4S1P — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (H18650CH-4S1P)

This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery for Ultenic cordless stick vacuums using OEM part number H18650CH-4S1P. It replaces the original cell pack when the existing battery no longer holds enough charge to complete a clean. Voltage and capacity match the stock specification — 14.4V, 2600mAh (37.44Wh).

  • Ultenic stick vacuum platform: Ultenic cordless vacuums in this range share the H18650CH-4S1P cell pack format — same 14.4V rail, same connector pinout, and same BMS communication protocol. Swapping to this replacement restores the full voltage the motor needs to sustain suction across carpet and hard floor.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on the bench. The BMS handled overcurrent trips correctly under simulated blockage loads and returned to normal operation without manual reset. Voltage at full charge held at the expected 16.8V before settling to nominal.
  • Dock charging habit on Ultenic vacuums: Do not leave this vacuum sitting on the dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion packs faster than normal charge-discharge cycling. Charge fully and remove from the dock — recharge again only when the indicator shows low.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This is a voltage sag issue, not a capacity issue. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor works harder and draws more current than the BMS is rated to sustain. Voltage at the motor terminals drops under that load, and suction weakens — even though the battery gauge still reads mid-range. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers, the battery was not the fault. If sag continues with a clean filter on a fresh charge, the cell pack has degraded and the replacement pack will fix it.

Motor cuts out mid-clean and then restarts after a pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip. When suction is restricted — blocked filter, clogged brush head, or a hard carpet snag — current draw spikes above the BMS cutoff threshold and the pack shuts the motor off to protect the cells. A short pause lets the BMS reset and the motor restarts. Clearing the restriction stops the cycle. If cutouts continue on a clean, unobstructed floor, the original cell pack has degraded enough that even normal motor-start current is tripping the BMS — replace the pack and retest at 14.4V nominal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Ultenic vacuum lose suction halfway through a clean even though the battery light still shows plenty of charge?

A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than it needs under normal conditions. That extra load causes voltage to sag at the motor terminals — suction drops, but the battery gauge barely moves because the pack still holds charge. Clean the filter and test again. If suction is restored, the filter was the problem, not the battery.

My Ultenic vacuum cuts out, I wait a few seconds, and it starts again — this keeps repeating. What's happening?

The BMS is tripping on an overcurrent spike, cutting power to protect the cells, then resetting once current drops. This usually means something is restricting airflow — check the filter, brush roll, and suction path for blockages. If the vacuum cuts out repeatedly on a completely clear floor with a clean filter, the existing cell pack has degraded to the point where normal motor-start current is enough to trip the cutoff. Replacing the pack and confirming voltage reads at or above 14.4V nominal on a full charge will confirm whether the pack is the cause.

My Ultenic battery seems to run out much faster than it used to, and I leave it on the charging dock between every use. Are these things connected?

Yes, directly. Li-ion packs kept on continuous trickle charge — which is what a dock does once the battery is full — degrade faster than packs that are charged and then removed. The cells spend extended time at high state-of-charge, which accelerates capacity fade. Charge the new replacement pack fully, remove it from the dock, and only put it back when the indicator shows the battery is low.
