Fits Oppo A37, A37 Dual SIM, A37m, and A37tm phones; replaces OEM battery BLP615.
3.85V, 2600mAh Li-Polymer cell restores full daily runtime for calls, messaging, and apps.
Connector seats flush into the Oppo A37 battery slot with no adapter needed.
We cycled this cell through full discharge-charge on the A37 platform; BMS initialized cleanly.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo A37 Series — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP615)

This is a 3.85V, 2600mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery carrying OEM part number BLP615. It fits the Oppo A37, A37 Dual SIM TD-LTE, A37m, and A37tm smartphones. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds a usable charge or the phone shuts down unexpectedly under load.

  • A37 series fit: The A37, A37m, A37tm, and A37 Dual SIM TD-LTE all share the same battery bay dimensions, BLP615 connector pinout, and charge IC handshake — one cell covers all four variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and discharge cycles on the A37 platform. The BMS accepted charge from the Oppo charge IC without fault flags, and the protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to auto-shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This gives the fuel gauge IC a clean reference curve against the new cell before high-current charging begins.

Why the A37 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The A37 uses a coulomb counter that stores a discharge curve calibrated to the original cell. When you fit a new cell, that stored curve no longer matches the actual voltage-to-capacity relationship of the replacement. The gauge IC reads voltage against the old curve and reports incorrect percentages — often jumping or stalling at certain points. One full uninterrupted discharge-charge cycle resets the reference and brings percentage reporting back into line.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the cell voltage drops sharply under modem or display load — a voltage cliff the fuel gauge did not anticipate. The A37's system IC cuts power to protect the cell before the reported percentage reaches zero. It is not a faulty battery; it is an uncalibrated gauge reading a healthy cell incorrectly. Run the recalibration cycle described above and confirm the phone reaches shutdown below 3.4V before cutting out.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Oppo A37 won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?

The BLP615 cell has likely dropped below the BMS lockout threshold, typically around 2.5V, after sitting in storage. At that voltage the protection circuit blocks all charge input as a safety measure. Plug the phone into a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 30–45 minutes without pressing the power button. If the BMS recovers, a charging indicator will appear; if the cell is fully unresponsive after that period, check that the battery connector is fully seated before concluding the cell is at fault.

Fast charging stopped working on my A37 right after I fitted the new battery — the phone only trickle charges now.

Oppo's VOOC charge IC performs a handshake with the battery BMS on the first connection. On a new cell, the BMS sometimes rejects the high-current protocol until it has completed one standard charge cycle. Charge the phone once at normal speed using the original Oppo adapter all the way to 100%, then unplug and restart the device. Fast charging typically re-enables on the next charge session once the BMS has logged a complete cycle.

The battery percentage on my A37 jumps erratically — goes from 60% straight to 35% with no warning.

Erratic percentage jumps point directly to a fuel gauge IC that is recalibrating against the new cell's discharge curve. The old coulomb counter data does not match the BLP615's actual voltage profile, so the gauge corrects itself in sudden steps when it reads a voltage it cannot reconcile with its stored model. Run one full uninterrupted discharge to auto-shutdown followed by a continuous charge to 100% with the screen off. After that single cycle, percentage reporting stabilises as the gauge adopts the new curve.
