Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo Find X Automobili Lamborghini Edition — 7.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP675)
This is a 7.7V, 1600mAh lithium-polymer replacement battery for the Oppo Find X Automobili Lamborghini Edition, CPH1875, CPH1871, and Find X Premium Edition smartphones. It carries OEM part number BLP675 and matches the original cell's voltage rail and connector specification. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds adequate charge through a normal day.
- CPH1875 / CPH1871 platform fit: These model numbers share the same physical cell footprint, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — all routed through the same charge IC. One replacement cell covers the full variant group without wiring or adapter changes.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the CPH1875 platform. The BMS accepted the cell handshake correctly, charge IC stepped through CC/CV phases without fault codes, and the fuel gauge IC tracked state-of-charge without spurious resets.
- First-cycle fast charge inhibit: On first use after installation, disable Oppo VOOC or SuperVOOC fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging pushes into an uncalibrated state.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the BLP675 replacement cell
This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity fault. Under modem, display, or simultaneous load, the new cell's voltage drops faster than the fuel gauge IC predicts — because its coulomb counter is still calibrated to the old, degraded cell curve. The phone sees voltage fall below the shutdown threshold before the percentage reading catches up. One full discharge down to automatic power-off, followed by a complete charge to 100%, resets the fuel gauge IC baseline. After that cycle, shutdowns at 20–30% typically stop.
VOOC fast charge not activating after cell replacement
Oppo's VOOC protocol requires a handshake between the charger, charge IC, and the battery's BMS before stepping up current. On the first cycle with a new cell, the BMS may reject the high-current handshake as a safety measure while it confirms cell impedance is within range. Charge the phone once on a standard 5V/2A USB charge — not a VOOC adapter — until it reaches 100%. On the next charge session, connect the VOOC adapter and the protocol handshake should complete normally at the expected voltage step.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Oppo Find X shuts off at around 25% after fitting the BLP675 — is the replacement cell faulty?
The cell is not faulty. The fuel gauge IC inside the phone is still running a discharge model calibrated to your old, degraded cell — so when the new cell's voltage drops quickly under modem or screen load, the phone hits its hardware shutdown threshold before the percentage display has time to catch up. Run one full discharge to automatic power-off, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without VOOC. After that single recalibration cycle, the coulomb counter resets to the new cell's actual curve and the early shutdowns stop.
The battery percentage on my Find X Lamborghini Edition jumps around erratically after the swap — sometimes gaining 5% without charging.
Erratic percentage readings are a fuel gauge IC symptom, not a cell defect. The coulomb counter lost its reference point when the original cell was removed, so it is interpolating state-of-charge against a curve that no longer matches. One slow, uninterrupted charge from flat to 100% — using a standard 5V charger, not VOOC — gives the IC a clean full-range measurement to anchor against. Percentage stabilises within one or two cycles after that.
Phone won't power on at all after the BLP675 sat in storage for several months — is it recoverable?
When a lithium-polymer cell self-discharges below approximately 2.5V per cell during storage, the BMS enters lockout mode and blocks any charge current as a protection measure. Connect the phone to a standard 5V USB charger — not a fast charger — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC trickle-charges the cell back above the BMS unlock threshold, after which the phone should respond to a normal boot. If the screen stays dark past 40 minutes on charge, check that the USB cable is passing current with a different device first.
