Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo Find X2 Pro / CPH2025 — 7.74V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP767)
This is a 7.74V, 2000mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Oppo Find X2 Pro and Find X2 Pro 5G smartphones, including model variants CPH2025 and PDEM30. It replaces OEM part number BLP767 and restores power to the processor, display, modem, and connectivity stack. Fit the correct cell and the phone charges and runs as it did before the original cell degraded.
- Find X2 Pro / CPH2025 / PDEM30 fitment: All listed variants share the BLP767 connector pinout, cell voltage rail, and BMS handshake protocol — the same replacement cell covers the full group without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on the Find X2 Pro platform. The BMS accepted the handshake on first connection, charge termination triggered correctly at full voltage, and the fuel gauge IC read cell state without fault codes.
- Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle at standard current. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve accurately before VOOC or SuperVOOC pushes high current into an uncalibrated cell.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Find X2 Pro after a cell swap
A fresh cell installed in the Find X2 Pro can trigger sudden shutdowns at 20–30% reported charge. The fuel gauge IC holds a discharge curve from the old, degraded cell and applies that curve to the new one. When the modem fires a high-current burst or the 120Hz display draws a spike, the actual cell voltage drops below the shutdown threshold faster than the gauge predicts. Run one full discharge to near-zero and a full charge at standard speed — the coulomb counter resets and the percentage readings stabilise.
VOOC fast charge not activating on the first cycle after replacement
After fitting a new BLP767 cell, some Find X2 Pro units stay on standard 5W charging and refuse to enter VOOC or SuperVOOC mode. The charge IC performs a handshake check on the new cell's impedance profile before it authorises high-current delivery — a fresh cell at full voltage can read outside the expected window on the first cycle. Let the phone complete one full charge at standard speed without interruption. On the next charge session, VOOC negotiation completes normally and fast charge activates.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Oppo Find X2 Pro won't turn on at all after the new BLP767 battery sat in storage for a few months — is it dead?
A cell stored below roughly 2.5V per cell triggers BMS lockout as a protection against over-discharge damage. Connect the phone to a wall adapter — not a computer USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything. The charge IC trickle-charges the cell back above the BMS re-enable threshold, after which the phone powers on normally. If the screen stays blank past 40 minutes, check the charging port and cable before assuming the cell is faulty.
The battery percentage on my Find X2 Pro is jumping around erratically — it reads 45%, then drops to 12%, then jumps back up — what is happening?
The fuel gauge IC is working from a discharge curve calibrated to the old, worn cell — the new BLP767 has a different impedance and capacity profile, so the coulomb counter loses position under load. This is not a faulty cell; it is a calibration mismatch. Run the phone down until it shuts off on its own, then charge it to 100% in one uninterrupted session at standard speed. One full cycle resets the fuel gauge reference point and the percentage readings become stable.
The Find X2 Pro feels warm near the battery area during the first few charges after fitting the new cell — is that normal?
A new high-impedance Li-Polymer cell generates slightly more heat during the initial charge cycles than a broken-in cell. The charge IC is pushing current into a cell that has not yet reached its steady-state internal resistance, which produces more dissipation at the cell surface. This settles after three to five full cycles as internal resistance drops. If the phone becomes hot to the touch rather than warm, or VOOC charging is active on the first cycle, turn off fast charging until the cell has completed those initial cycles at standard current.
