Fits VIVO iQOO Pro, iQOO Pro 5G, and V1916/V1916A models — replaces OEM part B-H6.
3.85V, 4400mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full capacity after the original degrades from charge cycling.
Connector slides straight into the battery slot with positive terminal forward — no orientation guessing required.
We bench tested this cell on a V1916A; the BMS accepted full charge without fault codes or thermal throttle.
On first charge after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this recalibrates the fuel gauge IC against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging begins.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

BBK VIVO iQOO Pro Series — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (B-H6)

This is a 3.85V, 4400mAh (16.94Wh) Li-Polymer battery carrying OEM part number B-H6. It fits the VIVO iQOO Pro, VIVO iQOO Pro 5G, V1916, and V1916A. Install it when the original cell no longer holds charge through a normal day of use.

  • V1916 and V1916A coverage: Both the standard iQOO Pro and the 5G variant (V1916A) share the same physical cell format, connector, and BMS handshake protocol — one B-H6 cell covers the full range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on a V1916A unit. The BMS accepted the charge IC handshake cleanly, held cell voltage above 3.6V under sustained screen and modem load, and tripped the protection circuit at the expected low-voltage cutoff.
  • First cycle fast-charge protocol: On the first full cycle after fitting this cell, disable VIVO's Super FlashCharge in Settings → Battery. Run one complete discharge and standard charge first. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated coulomb counter.

Why the iQOO Pro reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The fuel gauge IC on the V1916 board stores a learned discharge curve from the original cell. When a new cell goes in, that stored curve no longer matches actual cell chemistry, so the percentage reading drifts — often showing full charge at 4.1V or cutting the display to zero before the BMS actually trips. The fix is one full uninterrupted discharge down to automatic shutdown followed by a complete charge to 100% with the screen off. After that cycle, the coulomb counter resets its reference points against the new cell and percentage reporting stabilises.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This is a voltage cliff failure, not a capacity failure. Under combined 5G modem, display, and CPU load, the cell momentarily drops below the BMS cutoff voltage — typically around 3.2V — even though the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. The original cell masks this because its internal resistance is calibrated into the system; a fresh cell with slightly different impedance triggers the cutoff earlier until the gauge IC recalibrates. Run the first-cycle discharge protocol above and confirm the shutdown stops occurring above 15%. If it persists past two full cycles, check that the battery connector is fully seated — a partially engaged connector raises contact resistance and accelerates voltage sag under load.

Frequently Asked Questions

After fitting the B-H6, my iQOO Pro won't power on at all — just a blank screen. What's wrong?

If the replacement cell sat in storage for an extended period, the BMS may have locked out below 2.5V per cell — a hard protection state it enters to prevent damage from deep discharge. Plug into a wall charger (not a PC USB port) and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until voltage climbs above the BMS recovery threshold, at which point the phone will boot normally. If there is no response after 45 minutes on a wall charger, reseat the battery connector on the board.

Super FlashCharge stopped working after I replaced the battery — it only charges at standard speed now.

VIVO's proprietary fast-charge protocol requires a handshake between the charger, the charge IC, and the battery BMS. On the first cycle with a new cell, the BMS sometimes does not complete that handshake correctly until the fuel gauge IC has run one full calibration cycle. Complete one full discharge to automatic shutdown followed by a full charge using the original VIVO adapter — not a third-party cable. After that cycle, Super FlashCharge should re-engage; confirm by checking the lock screen, which displays "Super FlashCharge" in text when the protocol is active.

The battery percentage on my iQOO Pro jumps around erratically — it goes from 45% to 31% in seconds with no heavy use.

Erratic percentage jumps are a fuel gauge IC recalibration symptom, not a faulty cell. The coulomb counter on the V1916 board is still referencing the old cell's impedance and capacity curve, so voltage readings translate to wrong state-of-charge values. Run one complete uninterrupted discharge — let the phone shut itself down — then charge to 100% with the screen off and no interruptions. That single cycle gives the fuel gauge IC enough data to rebuild its reference curve against the new cell, and percentage reporting will stabilise within the next charge cycle.
