Fits Vivo iQOO Pro, iQOO Pro 5G, and V1916 variants; replaces OEM part number B-H6.
3.85V lithium-polymer cell with 4400mAh capacity restores full charge cycles on the processor and display load.
Connector type matches the original iQOO Pro socket; no adhesive removal needed for installation.
We bench tested this cell on iQOO Pro hardware; the BMS accepted the new pack and held voltage under sustained screen and modem draw.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against this cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Vivo iQOO Pro Series — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (B-H6)

This is a 3.85V, 4400mAh (16.94Wh) Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Vivo iQOO Pro and iQOO Pro 5G (model numbers V1916, V1916A). It replaces the original B-H6 cell when capacity has degraded or physical damage has affected performance. This battery restores the phone's ability to power its processor, display, and 5G modem at rated voltage.

  • V1916 and V1916A platform fit: Both V1916 and V1916A use the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — 77.40 x 63.64 x 5.54mm cell with a matching discharge curve the fuel gauge IC expects at 3.85V nominal.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on V1916 hardware. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, and the charge IC stepped through standard CC/CV stages correctly on each cycle.
  • First-cycle fast charge protocol: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and complete one full discharge-charge cycle at standard rate. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate its coulomb counter against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current fast charging pushes elevated current into an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the iQOO Pro after a cell swap

The iQOO Pro's Snapdragon 855 Plus and 5G modem draw sharp current spikes under load. A new cell with a slightly different internal impedance profile can hit a voltage sag point the BMS reads as undervoltage before the displayed percentage reaches zero. The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve, so it reports 25% while the actual cell voltage has already dropped below the BMS cutoff threshold. One complete slow discharge-charge cycle after installation resets the coulomb counter and aligns the percentage readout to the new cell's curve. After calibration, target a resting voltage of 3.85V at 50% charge when verifying correct gauge behaviour.

USB-PD or proprietary fast charge not working on first cycle after replacement

The iQOO Pro uses a proprietary fast charge protocol that requires a BMS handshake before the charge IC will accept elevated current. On the first cycle after a cell swap, the BMS may refuse the high-current handshake until the cell has completed at least one standard charge cycle — this is a protection behaviour, not a fault. Plug into a standard 5V/2A charger and allow a full charge to complete. On the second cycle, reconnect the fast charger and the protocol negotiation should proceed normally.

Frequently Asked Questions

My iQOO Pro shows the wrong battery percentage after fitting the B-H6 replacement — it jumped from 60% to 15% in minutes. What's happening?

The fuel gauge IC on the V1916 board is still running calculations against the old cell's discharge curve, so percentage readings are unreliable until it recalibrates. Run one complete discharge — use the phone normally until it shuts off automatically — then charge it to 100% in a single uninterrupted session at standard rate, not fast charge. That full cycle forces the coulomb counter to reset its reference points against the new cell. After that cycle, percentage drops should track evenly across the discharge curve.

The iQOO Pro won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months before I installed it — screen stays black.

If the cell voltage dropped below approximately 2.5V during storage, the BMS entered lockout mode to prevent damage from deep discharge, and the phone will not respond to a normal power button press. Connect the phone to a 5V/2A charger — not a fast charger — and leave it for at least 30 minutes without pressing any buttons. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until voltage climbs above the BMS recovery threshold, at which point the phone should show a charging indicator. If no indicator appears after 45 minutes, try a different cable and port before drawing any other conclusions.

The iQOO Pro feels warm near the battery area during the first few charges with the new cell — is that a fault?

A new Li-Polymer cell has slightly higher internal impedance than a cell that has gone through several charge cycles, so the charge IC dissipates marginally more heat during the initial CC phase — this is expected behaviour on the first two or three charges. The warmth should be mild and concentrated near the battery, not at the USB port or processor area. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or triggers a thermal warning on screen, stop charging immediately and check that the replacement cell is seated flush with no gap at the connector. Normal break-in warmth resolves after the cell's impedance stabilises, typically within three full charge cycles.
