During fast-pace scanning, the H300 pulls current simultaneously from the scan engine and the wireless radio — the combined inrush can cause a brief voltage sag at the cell terminals. If the pack is old or already partially depleted, that sag dips below the radio module's minimum operating voltage and the wireless link drops. A fresh, fully charged cell maintains terminal voltage above 3.5V through the combined draw and keeps the radio link stable. If dropouts persist on a charged new pack, check that the battery bay contacts are clean and fully seated.
