Fits Panda X7 cordless stick vacuum; replaces OEM battery CS-LTR320VX for models X7, Abir R20, Abir X5, and Abir X6.
14.4V and 3400mAh capacity maintain motor voltage under sustained suction loads; 48.96Wh total energy matches original output per charge cycle.
Connector slides straight into the battery slot with a single locking tab; orientation is keyed — the BMS contacts align with the dock contacts automatically.
We bench-tested this cell on a Panda X7 motor load rig; the BMS held steady at 14.4V under full suction restriction and recovered cleanly after thermal cutoff.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously — cordless vacuums develop capacity fade from trickle charge damage; charge to full and remove from dock immediately.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Panda X7 / Abir X5 X6 R20 Series — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 3400mAh Li-ion battery for the Panda X7 cordless stick vacuum and compatible Abir series models. It slots into the battery compartment and connects to the same charging circuit as the original pack. Capacity listed is from product data — 3400mAh, 48.96Wh.

  • X7 and Abir platform fit: The Panda X7, Abir R20, X5, and X6 share a 14.4V nominal rail and the same battery bay geometry. The BMS handshake on these models expects a cell configuration that matches this pack's protection circuit — voltage, connector, and termination pins align across the platform.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated charge and discharge on a 14.4V vacuum motor load. The BMS held cutoff correctly at low cell voltage and did not trip on normal suction motor start current.
  • Dock charging habit on the X7: Do not leave the X7 sitting on the charging dock once the battery reaches full. Cordless vacuums on permanent dock charge develop capacity fade faster than those charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor is working harder than rated — usually because the filter is partially blocked. A restricted airflow path forces the motor to draw more current, which pulls the cell voltage down faster than the indicator expects. The battery indicator on the X7 reads state of charge, not motor load, so it can show two bars while suction is already weak. Clean or replace the filter first, then test suction before assuming the battery is at fault.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — blocked filter, clogged brush roll, or a sealed floor surface — the motor stalls slightly and draws a current spike above the BMS threshold. The protection circuit cuts output to protect the cells, then resets once current drops. Clear the blockage, check the filter is fully seated, and restart. If the cutout repeats on a clean, unobstructed floor, check that cell voltage at rest reads 14.4V or above before concluding the pack is faulty.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Panda X7 battery fades fast now — could leaving it on the dock have caused this?

Yes. Cordless vacuums left on the charging dock continuously experience trickle charge stress that degrades cell capacity faster than normal cycling. The X7 charger does not actively prevent this — once full, the pack continues to receive a small charge current. Going forward, charge only when depleted and remove the pack or vacuum from the dock once the indicator shows full.

The X7 suction drops noticeably partway through a clean but the battery indicator still shows charged — what's happening?

A partially blocked filter is the most common cause. When airflow is restricted, the motor draws more current than rated, which drags cell voltage down and reduces power to the motor — but the battery indicator reads state of charge, not output load, so it stays high. Remove and clean the filter, clear the brush roll, and retest. If suction holds after that, the battery is not the issue.

My replacement battery won't charge on the X7 dock — the light just blinks or stays off

The X7 charger circuit checks for a valid BMS signal before it begins charging. If the BMS in the replacement pack does not respond within the expected handshake window, the charger will not start. First, try connecting the pack directly for 60 seconds, then re-docking — some BMS units need a brief load or rest before the protection circuit resets. If the dock light still does not switch to a solid charge state, verify the battery terminal voltage reads above 10V with a multimeter; below that, the BMS may be in deep-discharge lockout and the pack needs a slow pre-charge from a compatible Li-ion charger before the dock will accept it.
