This 3.7V, 250mAh lithium-polymer cell replaces the original battery in the Phonak iCube 1 Wireless Hearing Aid Programmer. The iCube 1 is a wireless programming device used by audiologists and hearing aid wearers to adjust hearing aid settings over a short-range radio link. When the original cell degrades and can no longer sustain a session, this replacement restores full function.

Nothing is wrong. Lithium-polymer cells need three to five full charge-discharge cycles before they reach their rated capacity. During the first few sessions the cell is still conditioning and will not deliver the full 250mAh. Run complete sessions until the battery depletes, then charge fully each time — capacity will stabilise noticeably by the third or fourth cycle.
