Fits Tronsmart Encore S6 wireless headset, replaces OEM part AHB502540.
3.7V lithium-polymer cell with 550mAh capacity delivers stable output during paired calls and audio streaming.
Connector seats flat into the Encore S6 battery slot; no locking tab, firm friction fit confirms seating.
We bench-tested this pack on Encore S6 charge cycles; BMS logged handshake on first dock without fault codes.
Charge the headset in its base station for one full cycle before taking calls — DECT pairing requires the base to register the new cell before talk-time estimates stabilize.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Tronsmart Encore S6 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (AHB502540)

This is a 3.7V 550mAh lithium-polymer cell built to the AHB502540 spec. It fits the Tronsmart Encore S6 wireless headphones. The slim 42.50 x 25.10 x 5.00mm form factor matches the original cell inside the earcup housing.

  • Encore S6 fitment: The Encore S6 runs a single LP cell at 3.7V nominal. The BMS in the headset monitors cell voltage directly — swapping in a cell outside the original dimensions or voltage window trips a protection fault and the headset will not power on.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge, standby, and combined audio plus Bluetooth radio draw. The BMS accepted the new cell without fault codes, and the protection circuit held cutoff at the correct low-voltage threshold.
  • First-cycle charging on the Encore S6: Ship voltage on a replacement LP cell is typically around 3.6V — close to full but not calibrated. Let the headset charge uninterrupted to 100% before first use so the onboard fuel gauge baseline is set correctly.

Why the Encore S6 cuts out mid-call on a new battery

The Encore S6 draws on two loads simultaneously during a call — the audio codec and the Bluetooth radio. At peak combined draw, a cell at partial state of charge can sag below the BMS cutoff voltage for a brief moment, triggering a shutdown. This is more likely in the first few cycles before the cell has reached full charge capacity. If cutouts happen during calls but not during music playback, the dual-load sag is the cause. Complete two or three full charge cycles and the issue typically clears.

Base showing full charge but headset cuts off after short use

A replacement cell arrives at storage voltage — roughly 3.60–3.65V. The headset's fuel gauge reads that as near-full and reports 100% to the base station LED, but actual usable capacity at that state is lower than a properly conditioned cell. The first full charge cycle from the base resets the gauge and allows the BMS to map the cell's actual capacity. After that first complete charge, talk time aligns with the 550mAh rated capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Encore S6 is warm around the earcup after a long call — is that normal with a new battery?

The Encore S6 earcup housing is compact, and a replacement LP cell running combined Bluetooth radio and audio draw in a tight enclosure does generate noticeable surface warmth. This is more pronounced in the first few cycles before the cell settles into its charge curve. Warmth that dissipates within a minute of ending the call is within normal range. If the housing stays hot or the headset shuts off from heat, check that the replacement cell dimensions match the original — a cell that does not sit flat in the housing traps more heat.

Talk time on my Encore S6 is noticeably short for the first few uses — does the battery need to break in?

Yes. Li-polymer cells do not reach rated capacity on the first cycle. The 550mAh spec is the stable capacity after three to five full charge and discharge cycles. On the first cycle, effective capacity is typically 10–15% lower, which shortens use time. Run three complete charge cycles — full charge from the base, then use until the low-battery alert triggers — and talk time will step up toward the rated figure each time.

The Encore S6 base station shows a charging error light after I installed the new battery — what's wrong?

The base station communicates with the headset's BMS during the initial charge handshake. If the replacement cell voltage is outside the range the charger circuit expects at connection — usually below 3.0V or above 4.25V — the base flags a fault and halts charging. Remove the headset from the base, wait 10 seconds, then reseat it firmly. If the error persists, check that the cell connector is fully seated inside the earcup — a partial connection causes the BMS to report an incorrect voltage to the base station.
