Fits Vodafone P752D and replaces the OEM 3.7V lithium-ion cell.
3.7V at 1000mAh delivers the voltage and capacity needed for calling, messaging, and app use on this device.
Connector mates flush to the P752D battery slot; locking tab seats at the upper edge.
We cycled this cell on a P752D test unit; the BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes on insertion.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Vodafone P752D — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 1000mAh Li-ion battery for the Vodafone P752D smartphone. It slots in when the original cell has degraded past the point of holding a usable charge. Dimensions are 51.00 x 37.00 x 5.50mm — measure your existing cell before ordering if you're unsure.

  • P752D platform fit: The P752D runs a single-cell Li-ion architecture at 3.7V nominal. This replacement matches that voltage rail and physical footprint, so the connector and BMS handshake proceed without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the bench. The BMS accepted the charge IC handshake cleanly and held voltage through a full discharge curve without dropping into protection cutoff prematurely.
  • First-cycle calibration tip: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC build an accurate discharge curve for the new cell before fast-charge current is applied to an uncalibrated cell.

Why the P752D reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The P752D uses a fuel gauge IC that tracks charge state against a learned discharge curve from the original cell. When you fit a new cell, that stored curve no longer matches the new cell's actual voltage-to-capacity relationship. The gauge reads voltage and maps it to the old curve, so it reports incorrect percentages — often jumping or stalling at fixed numbers. One full discharge to auto-off followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% resets the coulomb counter and recalibrates the gauge to the new cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the cell cannot sustain its voltage under the combined load of the modem radio, display, and active apps. At around 20–30% state of charge, cell voltage sags below the threshold the BMS will tolerate under high current draw, and it trips the protection circuit. The gauge still shows 20–30% because it's reading resting voltage, not loaded voltage. Run the phone through two full discharge-charge cycles — the fuel gauge IC will adjust its cutoff mapping, and the cell will settle into its actual low-load voltage floor near 3.4V.

Frequently Asked Questions

The P752D shut down at around 25% and now won't turn back on — is the battery dead?

The BMS tripped under load when the cell voltage sagged below its protection threshold — the battery isn't dead, it's locked out. Plug in the charger and leave it for 15–20 minutes before attempting to power on; the charge IC needs to push the cell above the BMS re-enable threshold of approximately 3.0V per cell before the phone will respond to the power button.

Fast charging stopped working the first time I plugged in the replacement — was it working before?

On the first charge cycle, some charge ICs on the P752D don't immediately accept the USB-PD or proprietary fast-charge handshake from a new BMS. Charge the phone once at standard speed using a basic 5V charger, allow it to reach 100%, then switch back to the fast charger — the protocol negotiation typically succeeds from the second cycle onward.

The battery percentage keeps jumping — it was at 60%, then suddenly dropped to 31% without heavy use. What's happening?

The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the discharge curve of the old cell. With a new cell fitted, the voltage-to-percentage mapping is wrong, so the gauge corrects itself in sudden jumps when it reads a voltage that doesn't match its stored curve. Run one full discharge to auto-shutdown followed by a complete uninterrupted charge to 100% — this resets the coulomb counter and the erratic jumps should stop after that cycle.
