Fits Wiko Slide, Slide 4GB, and N300 models; replaces OEM part SLIDE and S8321AP.
3.8V and 2500mAh capacity restore full charge cycles on this compact Android smartphone.
Connector slides straight into the original battery slot with no locking tabs or adapters required.
We bench-tested this cell in a Slide unit; the fuel gauge IC accepted the new BMS handshake on insertion without recalibration errors.
On first use after installation, discharge the phone completely before recharging — this lets the coulomb counter synchronize against the new cell's discharge curve and prevents early shutdown at 20–30% capacity.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wiko Slide / N300 — 3.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (S8321AP)

This 3.8V, 2500mAh Li-ion cell replaces the original battery in the Wiko Slide, Slide 4GB, and N300 smartphones. It matches the OEM dimensions at 78.12 × 63.55 × 4.34mm, so it seats correctly in the battery bay. Voltage and connector pinout align with the original, so the phone's charge IC sees what it expects.

  • Slide, Slide 4GB, and N300 compatibility: All three models share the same battery bay dimensions, 3.8V nominal rail, and connector layout. One cell fits all three without modification or adapter.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the Slide platform. The BMS handshake completed normally, the charge IC accepted the cell without fault flags, and voltage held stable under screen-on load.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After fitting a new cell, run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% before using the phone normally. This gives the fuel gauge IC a clean reference curve for the new cell — without it, percentage readings can drift or spike during the first few days.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Wiko Slide after a cell swap

The Slide's fuel gauge IC holds a discharge curve learned from the original cell. A new cell with a different internal resistance profile hits a voltage cliff at a different state of charge than the old curve predicts. The phone reads 25% but the actual cell voltage has already dropped below the modem's minimum operating threshold under load. One complete discharge-charge cycle forces the coulomb counter to remap against the new cell, and the early shutdowns stop.

Device won't power on after the replacement battery sat in storage

Li-ion cells self-discharge in storage. If the cell voltage has dropped below approximately 2.5V, the BMS enters lockout mode to prevent damage and will not pass current to the phone's power rail. Plug the phone into a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 15–20 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC trickle-charges the cell back above the BMS re-enable threshold, typically around 2.9V, after which the phone will boot normally.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Wiko Slide powers off by itself when the battery percentage still shows 20–30% — is that a faulty cell?

Not necessarily. The fuel gauge IC on the Slide calibrates its percentage readings to the discharge curve of the original cell. A replacement cell with different internal resistance causes the voltage to drop below the modem's cutoff threshold before the displayed percentage reaches zero. Run one complete discharge to automatic shutdown followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% — the coulomb counter remaps to the new cell's curve and the early shutdowns stop.

The Wiko Slide shows erratic or jumping battery percentages for the first few days after fitting the new cell — what's happening?

The fuel gauge IC is still using the discharge profile it learned from the worn-out original cell. Against a new cell with a different voltage curve, its estimates are off and the percentage can jump several points between screen-on cycles. This resolves itself after one or two full discharge-charge cycles as the IC builds a fresh calibration. Don't top-charge repeatedly during this period — let the phone run down fully each time until the readings stabilise.

The Wiko Slide feels noticeably warm near the battery compartment during the first few charges after fitting the replacement — is that normal?

A new high-impedance cell generates slightly more heat during the initial charge cycles because the charge IC is pushing current into a cell whose internal resistance is higher than a well-worn original. This is normal for the first two to three charges and diminishes as the cell conditions. If the phone remains hot to the touch after the third full charge cycle or the charger throws a fault, check that the replacement cell's connector is fully seated — a partial contact raises resistance further and increases heat at the junction.
