Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (P2150-4S2P-MMBK)
This 14.4V, 6800mAh Li-ion battery replaces the OEM P2150-4S2P-MMBK cell pack used in the Xiaomi 34264, BHR5195EU, and Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra cordless vacuums. It restores suction power when the original battery has faded or failed. Capacity figure is taken directly from product data at 97.92Wh.
- 34264 / BHR5195EU platform fitment: These models share a common 14.4V four-cell series architecture and use the same connector pinout and BMS communication protocol — that is why one replacement covers all three fit models without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the pack through charge and discharge cycles on the Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra platform. The BMS held stable cutoff voltage under simulated floor-cleaning load and recovered cleanly from the motor-start current draw without tripping overcurrent protection.
- Dock charging habit for Mi Robot Vacuum models: Do not leave this vacuum parked on its charging dock permanently. Continuous dock contact keeps the cells in a trickle-charge state that degrades capacity faster than normal cycling. Charge the battery to full, then break dock contact until the next clean.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra measures battery state by resting voltage, not under-load voltage. When a filter is partially blocked or the brush roll is restricted, the motor draws above its rated current. Voltage sags under that elevated draw, but the indicator — reading a brief resting voltage — still shows mid-charge. The fix is mechanical: clean the HEPA filter and clear the brush roll, then retest. If suction recovers, the battery was never the cause.
Motor cuts out mid-clean and then restarts on its own
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted airflow — from a clogged filter or a blocked intake — forces the motor to pull current beyond the BMS threshold, triggering a temporary shutdown. The BMS resets after a short cooldown, which is why the vacuum restarts by itself. Clear the filter and intake path, then verify the resting pack voltage sits above 13.0V before running another cleaning cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra suction feels weaker than it used to be but the battery indicator still shows plenty of charge — what's happening?
The indicator reads resting voltage, not the voltage under motor load. A partially clogged HEPA filter forces the motor to pull more current than normal, causing voltage to sag during cleaning even though the indicator looks fine at idle. Clean the filter and brush roll first — if suction returns, the battery is not the issue. If suction remains weak after cleaning, check resting pack voltage; a healthy 14.4V pack should sit above 13.0V at rest.
The vacuum was left on the dock for weeks and now it barely runs a full clean — is the battery ruined?
Continuous dock contact keeps the cells under a slow trickle charge, which oxidises the electrode material over time and reduces usable capacity. This is one of the most common causes of early capacity fade on robot vacuum platforms. The degradation is not reversible in the original pack, which is why replacement is needed. With the new battery, remove it from the dock once the charge cycle completes rather than leaving it parked indefinitely.
I fitted the new P2150-4S2P-MMBK replacement and the charger light is not responding at all — what should I check?
Some Xiaomi vacuum chargers expect a BMS handshake before initiating the charge cycle. If the pack voltage has dropped very low during storage, the charger may not recognise it on first contact. Connect the charger and leave it for 15 minutes — the BMS often needs time to wake and signal the charger once a small recovery charge has been accepted. If there is still no response after 15 minutes, verify the connector is fully seated and check that the dock output reads 20V using a multimeter at the charging contacts.
