Fits ZTE Crescen, OZTA1211, Atlas, and Blade II models; replaces OEM part Li3712T42P3h475248.
3.7V, 1100mAh cell delivers 4.07Wh — standard capacity for this phone's CPU and modem draw.
Connector is flat contact pin; slides into battery slot with no locking tab; orientation marked on housing.
We bench-tested against the original Crescen pack; BMS accepted charge without fault codes; voltage curve matched stock behavior.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one full discharge-charge cycle — this recalibrates the fuel gauge IC to the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ZTE Crescen / Atlas / Blade II — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (Li3712T42P3h475248)

This is a 3.7V, 1100mAh Li-ion cell that fits the ZTE Crescen, OZTA1211, Atlas, and Blade II handsets. It replaces OEM part Li3712T42P3h475248 when the original cell degrades, swells, or no longer holds a usable charge. Voltage and physical footprint match the stock battery — 51 x 46 x 5mm.

  • Cross-model fit — Crescen, Atlas, Blade II: These ZTE handsets share the same battery bay dimensions, 3.7V nominal voltage rail, and connector pinout, which is why a single cell covers all four model variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell under a simulated modem and screen load. The BMS held voltage above the cutoff floor through a full discharge and accepted charge current from the first cycle without tripping an over-current fault.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first install: On first use after fitting this cell, run one complete discharge down to auto-shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% before resuming normal use. This lets the phone's coulomb counter relearn the new cell's actual discharge curve and prevents erratic percentage readings.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the ZTE Crescen after a cell swap

A new Li-ion cell has a slightly different internal resistance profile than the aged cell it replaces. When the Crescen's modem fires up for a call or the screen peaks brightness, the load spike pulls voltage down faster than the fuel gauge IC expects. The phone reads that voltage drop as empty and cuts power — even though the capacity gauge still shows 20–30%. One full discharge-charge cycle recalibrates the fuel gauge against the new cell's actual curve, and the premature shutdowns stop.

Phone won't power on after sitting in storage for several months

Li-ion cells self-discharge in storage. If voltage drops below approximately 2.5V, the battery's BMS enters a protective lockout state and refuses to supply current — so the phone appears completely dead. Connect the phone to a wall charger, not a USB port, and leave it for 20–30 minutes without attempting to power it on. Once the charge IC pushes the cell above the BMS recovery threshold, the phone will respond and boot normally. If the charge LED never illuminates after 45 minutes, the cell has dropped below the recovery floor and needs replacing.

Frequently Asked Questions

My ZTE Crescen shows 25% battery, then shuts off with no warning — is the new cell faulty?

The cell is not faulty. This is a voltage cliff — under the load spike from the modem or display, the new cell's voltage briefly dips below the shutdown threshold before the fuel gauge IC registers the drop. The fuel gauge is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. Run one full discharge to auto-shutdown and one uninterrupted charge to 100%, and the shutdowns will stop as the coulomb counter relearns the new curve.

The battery percentage on my ZTE Crescen jumps erratically — it reads 60%, then suddenly drops to 35% without the phone doing anything.

The fuel gauge IC on the Crescen uses a stored discharge curve to estimate remaining capacity. When a new cell goes in, that stored curve no longer matches the cell's actual behaviour, so the percentage reading skips around as the IC corrects itself in real time. This is not a cell defect. Complete one full discharge-charge cycle — let the phone run down to auto-shutdown, then charge to 100% without interruption — and the readings will stabilise.

My ZTE Crescen gets noticeably warm near the battery during the first few charges after fitting the replacement — is something wrong?

Warmth during early charge cycles on a new cell is normal. A fresh Li-ion cell starts with slightly higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell, so the charge IC dissipates a little more energy as heat while pushing current in. Temperature should reduce noticeably after two or three full cycles as the cell's impedance settles. If the phone becomes too hot to hold or the back panel feels hot rather than warm after the third cycle, stop charging and check that the replacement part number matches Li3712T42P3h475248.
