Fits ZTE N760, Z900, Blade Plus, V881 and 27 other models; replaces OEM part Li3715T42P3h415266.
3.7V nominal voltage at 1500mAh capacity delivers 5.55Wh total energy for full-day smartphone operation.
Connector slides vertically into battery slot with single locking tab at base; no rotation needed.
We bench-tested this cell on an N760 fuel gauge IC — BMS accepted charge without error codes and voltage held steady under load draw.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against this cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ZTE N760 / Blade Plus / V881 Series — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (Li3715T42P3h415266)

This is a 3.7V, 1500mAh Li-ion cell built to the OEM spec for the ZTE N760, Z900, Blade Plus, V881, and compatible variants. It replaces part number Li3715T42P3h415266. If your ZTE handset no longer holds a charge or shuts down unexpectedly, this cell slots into the same footprint as the original at 41 × 51 × 6mm.

  • N760, Z900, Blade Plus, V881 compatibility: These models share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and 3.7V nominal voltage rail. The BMS communication lines are also identical across the group, so the fuel gauge IC on the motherboard reads the new cell without requiring a hardware workaround.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell on the N760 platform and monitored BMS cutoff behaviour at both ends of the voltage curve. The protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage threshold — no pass-through to the motherboard rail.
  • First-cycle fast charge protocol: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. The fuel gauge IC on these ZTE models calibrates its coulomb counter against the new cell's discharge curve — running high current into an uncalibrated cell skews the percentage readings from the first charge onward.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the ZTE N760 after a cell swap

The N760's fuel gauge IC builds a discharge model from the previous cell's impedance profile. A new cell has a different internal resistance, so the voltage cliff — where cell voltage collapses under modem or screen load — hits at a different state of charge than the IC expects. The phone reads 25% remaining, the cell voltage drops below the BMS trip point under load, and the device shuts off. Running two full discharge-charge cycles without fast charging lets the coulomb counter rebuild its model against the actual new cell curve. After that, the reported percentage and the real cutoff point realign.

Phone won't power on after the replacement cell sat in storage

Li-ion cells self-discharge in storage. If this battery shipped or was stored for several months, the cell voltage may have dropped below 2.5V — the threshold where the BMS locks out to prevent damage. The phone will show nothing when you press power. Connect the device to a wall charger, not a PC USB port, and leave it for 15–20 minutes before attempting to power on. Most ZTE BMS circuits will begin a trickle pre-charge recovery once they detect a valid charge source above the lockout floor; the phone should show a charging indicator once the cell climbs back above 3.0V.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my ZTE N760 show a different battery percentage after I put in the new cell — it jumped from 45% to 10% when I rebooted?

The fuel gauge IC on the N760 motherboard stores a discharge model calibrated to the old cell's impedance. When you swap in a new cell, the stored model no longer matches the actual voltage-to-capacity curve, so the reported percentage can jump or drift significantly after a reboot. Run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without fast charging enabled. That single cycle gives the coulomb counter enough data to rebuild an accurate model against the new cell.

My ZTE Blade Plus won't fast charge after the battery replacement — it just trickle charges no matter what charger I use.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the BMS on these ZTE models often falls back to standard charge current while it verifies the new cell's response to the charge IC handshake. This is a protection behaviour, not a fault. Charge the phone fully at the slow rate, then discharge it to shutdown once. On the second cycle, reconnect your fast charger — the BMS should accept the higher current once it has completed one full reference cycle against the new cell.

The replacement battery gets noticeably warm near the bottom of the phone during charging — is the charge IC the problem?

A new high-impedance cell generates more heat during the constant-current phase of charging than a broken-in cell does. On the N760 and Blade Plus platform, the charge IC sits directly above the battery bay, so warmth is concentrated at the bottom edge. This typically reduces after two to three full cycles as internal resistance settles. If the phone becomes hot to the touch — not just warm — or if charging stops before 100%, check that the charger output does not exceed 5V/1A, which is the rated input for the stock charge IC on these models.
