Fits Acer beTouch E110 smartphones; replaces OEM HH08C and BT.0010X.001 batteries directly.
3.7V, 1500mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 5.55Wh to restore full power cycles on this touchscreen device.
Connector seats flat into the beTouch E110 battery slot with no orientation guesswork or physical modification.
Bench testing showed the BMS accepted charge current without fault codes and held stable voltage under load discharge.
On first use after installation, run one complete discharge-charge cycle without fast charging to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against this cell's discharge curve before normal operation.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Acer beTouch E110 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (HH08C)

This is a 3.7V, 1500mAh Li-ion cell that replaces the original HH08C battery in the Acer beTouch E110 smartphone. It fits the beTouch E110 directly, matching the original footprint at 65 × 42 × 5mm. Use this when the existing cell no longer holds sufficient charge or the phone fails to power on.

  • beTouch E110 fit: The E110 uses a single-cell 3.7V Li-ion pack with a low-current BMS suited to the phone's modest modem and display draw. This replacement matches that voltage rail and connector — no modification needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on a beTouch E110 unit. The BMS accepted charge handshake without error, and the protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first installation, disable any fast-charge option and run one full discharge-charge cycle at standard rate. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter to the new cell's discharge curve before the OS starts reporting accurate percentages.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the beTouch E110

This happens when the cell voltage drops below what the modem and screen need to sustain load, even though the fuel gauge still reads capacity remaining. On aged original cells, internal resistance climbs — under load the terminal voltage collapses past the protection cutoff before the gauge reaches zero. A new cell at lower impedance eliminates the voltage sag that causes this cliff. After fitting this replacement, run one full cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates its cutoff mapping to the new cell's actual discharge curve.

beTouch E110 reporting wrong battery percentage after cell swap

The E110's fuel gauge IC stores a discharge model calibrated to the old cell — swapping the cell doesn't reset that model automatically. The result is percentage readings that jump, stall, or show full charge when the cell is not. One complete discharge down to automatic cutoff followed by a full charge at standard rate forces the coulomb counter to relearn the new cell's capacity. After that single cycle, percentage reporting stabilises. Do not rely on the first few readings after installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

My beTouch E110 won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for months — is the cell dead?

The BMS locks out when cell voltage drops below roughly 2.5V during storage, cutting all output to protect the cell from permanent damage. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC needs to trickle enough current into the cell to bring it above the BMS recovery threshold before the phone will boot. If the charging LED lights and the phone eventually powers on, the cell is recovering normally.

The beTouch E110 gets noticeably warm near the battery during the first few charges after fitting this replacement — is that normal?

A new Li-ion cell has slightly higher internal impedance than a cell that has been cycled. The charge IC pushes current into higher resistance, which generates more heat until the cell's impedance settles after a few cycles. Warm is normal; hot enough to be uncomfortable is not — if the back of the phone becomes too hot to hold, disconnect the charger and let it cool before continuing. After three to four full charge cycles, the warming should reduce noticeably.

The beTouch E110 percentage jumps around erratically — it reads 60%, then drops to 30% in minutes without heavy use. What's happening?

The fuel gauge IC is still running its coulomb counter against the discharge model from the old cell, so its predictions are misaligned with actual cell voltage. This causes erratic jumps rather than smooth drainage. Run one uninterrupted discharge — use the phone normally until it shuts off on its own — then charge fully to 100% without interruption. That single complete cycle resets the IC's internal model to the new cell's actual capacity and voltage curve, after which the percentage reading should track steadily.
