Fits Acer Liquid E700, E39, and Liquid E700 Triple smartphones replacing BAT-P10 and equivalent OEM part numbers.
3.8V and 3000mAh lithium-polymer cell powers the phone through a full day of moderate use.
Connector slides straight into the factory slot with a single locking tab positioned at the top edge.
We bench-tested the cell against the Liquid E700 fuel gauge IC; the BMS handshook cleanly and voltage held steady under load.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the coulomb counter recalibrates against the new cell curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Acer Liquid E700 — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BAT-P10)

This is a 3.8V, 3000mAh lithium-polymer replacement battery for the Acer Liquid E700, Liquid E700 Triple, and E39 smartphones. It replaces OEM part BAT-P10 and shares the same cell footprint and BMS pinout as the factory unit. Capacity figures come from the product specification — 3000mAh / 11.4Wh.

  • Liquid E700 / E700 Triple / E39 fitment: All three models share the same battery bay dimensions and connector, so one cell covers the full variant range. The BMS handshake and voltage rail are identical across the trio — no adapter or modification needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the E700 platform. The BMS communicated correctly with the charge IC, accepted the full charge curve to 4.35V, and released current cleanly under screen-on load.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: Disable fast charging for the first complete discharge-charge cycle after installation. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging is applied to an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Liquid E700

This happens when the cell voltage drops below the modem's minimum operating threshold under load — typically around 3.5V — even though the fuel gauge still reads 20–30%. The root cause is a coulomb counter calibrated to the old, degraded cell curve. The new cell has a steeper voltage cliff at low state-of-charge, which catches the phone off guard. One full discharge to automatic shutdown followed by a full uninterrupted charge resets the reference curve and eliminates the false cutoff.

OS percentage jumping erratically after cell swap

After a cell replacement, the fuel gauge IC still holds the discharge model it built for the old battery. When it measures the new cell's voltage, the lookup table returns wrong state-of-charge figures — producing jumps of 10–15% in either direction. This is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run two full discharge-charge cycles without interruption and the IC rebuilds its model against the actual new cell behaviour. By cycle three, percentage readings stabilise.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Liquid E700 shuts off at around 25% even though the battery is new — what's happening?

The fuel gauge IC on the E700 is still using the discharge curve it mapped to the old, worn cell. When the new cell's voltage dips under modem or screen load near the bottom of charge, the phone hits its low-voltage cutoff before the percentage reaches zero. Run one full discharge to automatic shutdown and one full charge without interruption — this forces the coulomb counter to remap against the new cell. After that cycle, the shutdown threshold tracks correctly.

Fast charging stopped working after I fitted the replacement BAT-P10 — the phone only trickle charges now.

On the first cycle with a new cell, the charge IC sometimes defaults to a slow pre-charge rate because the BMS presents higher impedance than the worn cell it replaced. This is a protection behaviour, not a fault. Plug into the original Acer charger, let the phone charge uninterrupted to 100%, then discharge and charge once more — the IC reclassifies the cell as healthy and restores the normal charge rate on the second cycle.

The Liquid E700 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

Lithium-polymer cells self-discharge in storage, and if the cell dropped below roughly 2.5V the BMS trips into lockout to prevent damage. The phone will not respond to the power button in this state. Connect the original charger and leave it for 30–45 minutes without pressing anything — the charge IC applies a trickle recovery current until the cell climbs above the BMS re-enable threshold of around 3.0V. Once it crosses that point, normal charging resumes and the phone powers on.
