Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Anycool Enjoy W02 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery
This is a 3.7V, 1200mAh Li-ion cell built to replace the original battery in the Anycool Enjoy W02 smartphone. It fits the Enjoy W02 only — confirm your model before ordering. Capacity is 4.44Wh, matching the stock specification from the factory.
- Enjoy W02 fit: The Enjoy W02 uses a compact 53.00 × 33.90 × 5.70mm cell footprint with a low 3.7V nominal rail. Any cell outside those dimensions or voltage spec will conflict with the charge IC and back cover fitment. This replacement matches both.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled the cell through charge and discharge on the Enjoy W02 platform. The BMS accepted the new cell without fault flags, and the charge IC reached full cutoff at 4.2V as expected on the first cycle.
- First-cycle fuel gauge recalibration: On first use after installation, disable fast charging if the option is available and run one complete discharge-charge cycle to the full 4.2V cutoff. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before reporting percentage to the OS — skipping this step causes inaccurate readings for the first several cycles.
Why the Enjoy W02 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap
The Enjoy W02 uses a fuel gauge IC that stores a learned discharge curve from the original cell. When you fit a new cell, the IC still references the old curve, so the percentage shown on screen does not match actual charge state. The fix is one full discharge-charge cycle — drain the phone until it powers off, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. After that cycle, the IC recalibrates its coulomb counter against the new cell and percentage accuracy stabilises.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% remaining on the Enjoy W02
This happens when the cell voltage drops below the modem or screen load threshold before the fuel gauge reaches 0%. Under high-current draw — an active call, screen at full brightness — the cell voltage sags faster than the IC anticipates, and the phone shuts off to protect the hardware. It is not a faulty cell; it is a fuel gauge still calibrated to the old cell curve. Run two full discharge-charge cycles and the shutdowns stop once the IC has a clean voltage-to-capacity map. If shutdowns persist past three full cycles, check that the cell connectors are fully seated.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Enjoy W02 won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?
It is likely in BMS lockout. When a Li-ion cell discharges below roughly 2.5V in storage, the battery management system blocks current flow to prevent damage to the cell. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until voltage climbs above the BMS recovery threshold, at which point the phone will boot normally. If the charge indicator never appears after 45 minutes on the wall charger, the cell has dropped too low to recover and needs replacing.
The Enjoy W02 feels noticeably warm near the battery compartment during the first few charges after fitting this cell — is something wrong?
Mild warmth on the first two or three charges is normal. A new cell starts with higher internal impedance than a conditioned one, and the charge IC pushes current into that resistance, generating heat. We measured this on the bench — surface temperature stayed within safe limits and dropped to normal after three full cycles as impedance settled. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or the back cover feels uncomfortable to hold, stop charging and check that the battery connector is fully and evenly seated, as a partial connection increases resistance at the contact point.
Fast charging stopped working on the Enjoy W02 after swapping to the replacement battery — the phone only slow-charges now.
On the first cycle after a cell swap, some charge ICs default to standard charge current until they confirm the new cell is responding correctly. This is a built-in safety step, not a fault with the replacement cell. Run one complete charge from near-empty to 100% on standard charge, then reboot the phone and reconnect the charger — the charge IC re-evaluates the cell on the next session and in most cases restores the higher current rate. If fast charging still does not activate after three full cycles, check that the original fast-charge wall adapter is in use, as the protocol negotiation starts at the adapter, not the phone.
