Fits Beeline Pro smartphones; replaces OEM battery model CS-ZTA430SL.
3.8V, 2300mAh capacity delivers full daily communication and task runtime on the Beeline Pro platform.
Connector seats flush into the Pro's battery slot with standard Li-ion spring contacts and no locking tab.
We ran discharge curves on a fresh Beeline Pro unit—BMS accepted the cell without fault codes; voltage held stable under sustained load.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Beeline Pro — 3.8V Li-ion 2300mAh Replacement Battery

This 3.8V Li-ion cell is a direct swap for the battery in the Beeline Pro smartphone. It carries 2300mAh (8.74Wh) of capacity and fits the original battery cavity at 66.60 × 50.20 × 5.30mm. Use it when the original cell no longer holds enough charge to get through a normal day.

  • Beeline Pro fit: The Beeline Pro uses a 3.8V nominal Li-ion cell with a specific connector pinout and BMS handshake. This cell matches that voltage rail and physical footprint, so the phone's charge IC can communicate with it correctly.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on a controlled bench rig. The BMS responded correctly at both the low-voltage cutoff threshold and the full-charge termination point, with no rogue current events during the charge ramp.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC build a fresh discharge curve against the new cell before high-current charging pushes electrons into an uncalibrated counter.

Why the Beeline Pro reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The Beeline Pro uses a coulomb-counting fuel gauge IC that tracks charge by integrating current over time against a stored discharge curve. When you swap the physical cell, the IC still references the old curve — so the percentage it reports no longer maps accurately to the new cell's actual state of charge. The fix is one full uninterrupted discharge down to automatic shutdown, followed by a full charge to 100% without interruption. After that single cycle the fuel gauge recalibrates its endpoints and percentage reporting stabilises.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the modem or screen pulls a high instantaneous current and the cell voltage sags below the phone's hardware cutoff threshold — even though the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. It is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity issue. The cell may be partially discharged from storage, or the fuel gauge has not yet calibrated the new cell's internal resistance. Run one full calibration cycle first; if shutdowns continue after that, check that the cell resting voltage is at or above 3.7V before use.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Beeline Pro won't turn on at all after the new battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?

Probably not dead, but the BMS has likely tripped into lockout because the cell discharged below 2.5V during storage. Plug the phone into a wall charger — not a PC port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC needs to trickle current into the cell first to bring it above the BMS re-enable threshold before the phone will respond. If the screen shows a charging indicator after that window, the cell is recovering; let it reach at least 3.6V before booting.

Fast charging stopped working after I put in the replacement battery — the phone just charges slowly now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the USB-PD or proprietary fast-charge handshake can fail because the BMS on the new cell hasn't yet confirmed a valid charge history to the phone's charge IC. The phone defaults to standard 5V charging as a protection fallback. Complete one full slow charge to 100%, then one full discharge to automatic shutdown, and reconnect to the fast charger — most units re-enable the high-current path after that first calibration cycle.

The battery percentage on my Beeline Pro keeps jumping around erratically — it skips from 45% to 28% in seconds.

This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against the new cell's discharge curve, which it doesn't yet have accurate data for. The IC is estimating state of charge from voltage alone rather than a tracked current history, so it corrects sharply when voltage gives it a clearer reference point. Run one complete uninterrupted discharge — screen on, no charging — until the phone shuts itself off, then charge straight to 100% without unplugging. The erratic jumps typically stop after that single full cycle resets the coulomb counter endpoints.
