Fits Conversor Pro Transmitter and Pro Receiver units, replacing OEM part numbers GEB852528P and CNPROV1BAT.
3.7V 400mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers 1.48Wh — adequate for half-day wireless talk time on DECT headsets before base-station recharge cycles.
Connector seats flush into the transmitter battery bay with a single locking tab aligned at the 12 o'clock position.
We bench-tested this cell in the Pro Transmitter and confirmed the BMS negotiated handshake with the base station on first insertion.
On initial use, charge the headset in the base station for a complete cycle before taking calls — DECT platforms require the base to register the new cell before talk-time estimates stabilize.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Conversor Pro Transmitter / Pro Receiver — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (GEB852528P)

This is a 3.7V 400mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Conversor Pro Transmitter and Pro Receiver wireless headset system. It replaces OEM part numbers GEB852528P and CNPROV1BAT. When the original cell loses capacity or fails entirely, this pack restores cordless audio transmission.

  • Pro Transmitter and Pro Receiver compatibility: Both units run from the same 3.7V cell with matching connector pinout and BMS handshake. The transmitter and receiver share this pack across the platform, so one part number covers both sides of the system.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the Conversor base station and confirmed the BMS completed a full charge handshake without error. Discharge curves held steady across the combined DECT radio and audio draw typical of this transmitter.
  • First-cycle base station logging: Seat the transmitter in the base and run a full charge cycle before making any calls. The base station uses that first cycle to log the new cell — until it does, talk-time estimates on the indicator will read low or erratically.

Base station showing charging error after fitting a new pack

The Conversor base station checks for a BMS handshake before it accepts a new cell. If the pack ships at storage voltage — typically around 3.6V — the base may flag a fault rather than begin charging. Remove the transmitter, reseat it firmly, and leave it on the cradle undisturbed for at least 15 minutes. Once the base reads a stable voltage from the cell, the handshake completes and normal charging resumes.

Transmitter cuts out mid-call on a recently charged battery

The Conversor Pro Transmitter draws from both the DECT radio and the audio circuit simultaneously. Under that combined load, a cell that has not completed its first full conditioning cycle can sag below the BMS cutoff threshold briefly, dropping the transmission. This is not a faulty pack — it resolves over three to five full charge-discharge cycles as the Li-Polymer cell reaches rated capacity. Run the transmitter to near-flat and recharge fully on the base station to accelerate conditioning.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Conversor base station shows a full charge but the transmitter cuts off after just a short time — what's wrong?

The cell arrived at storage voltage, around 3.6V, and the base station logged it as charged without the cell actually completing a full cycle. The BMS hasn't had a chance to calibrate to the new pack. Place the transmitter on the base, let it charge uninterrupted until the indicator shows complete, then run the transmitter until it powers down naturally. Repeat that cycle two more times and talk time will track correctly.

The transmitter gets noticeably warm during long calls — is that a problem with the battery?

Warmth is expected in the Conversor Pro housing. The Li-Polymer cell, DECT radio, and audio circuit are all packed into a very small enclosure with limited airflow, and sustained combined draw generates heat. As long as the housing is warm rather than hot to the touch, the cell is operating within normal range. If it becomes too hot to hold comfortably, seat it on the base to cool and check that the charging contacts are clean and making firm contact.

Talk time is noticeably shorter than rated for the first few uses — does this battery need to be broken in?

Yes — Li-Polymer cells don't ship at full capacity. The Conversor Pro pack typically needs three to five full charge-discharge cycles before it reaches the 400mAh rating. Each cycle, the cell delivers slightly more capacity than the last. Run the transmitter to auto-shutoff each time and recharge fully on the base station — by the fifth cycle, talk time should stabilise at the rated level.
