This 3.7V, 1800mAh lithium-ion cell replaces the original battery in the Garmin Nuvi 1490TV and Nuvi 2585TV portable GPS navigators, as well as the GDL 39 datalink receiver. It matches the OEM part numbers 361-00045-00 and 361-00045-20, fitting the same 60.00 × 41.90 × 7.30mm footprint and connector orientation as the factory cell.

When the Nuvi 1490TV's battery drops below a certain charge level, the unit reduces power to the GPS receiver to slow overall drain.
