Fits Haier H15132, HE-D330, HE-M002, HE-M360 smartphones and replaces OEM battery CS-NK5CHL.
3.7V, 1200mAh lithium-ion cell restores full charge cycles to the H15132 after original pack degradation.
Connector seats flat into the battery slot with no locking tab — insertion is straight-in, positive contact first.
We cycled this pack through five full charge-discharge sequences; the BMS accepted input without fault codes and held voltage under sustained GSM load.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against this cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Haier H15132 / HE-D330 / HE-M360 Series — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 3.7V, 1200mAh Li-ion cell replaces the original battery in the Haier H15132, HE-D330, HE-M002, and HE-M360 handsets. It fits directly into the battery bay with no modification. Capacity is rated at 4.44Wh, matching the stock specification for these models.

  • Shared platform fit — H15132, HE-D330, HE-M002, HE-M360: These Haier handsets share the same 3.7V single-cell architecture, connector pinout, and physical envelope. The BMS communication protocol is consistent across this group, so the same cell works across all listed models without any adapter or modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the H15132 platform. The BMS handshake completed normally on first power-up, charge acceptance was stable, and the protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold during discharge testing.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first install: After fitting this cell, run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% before use. The H15132 fuel gauge IC reads the old cell's discharge curve until it completes this cycle — skipping it causes the percentage display to jump or report inaccurate levels.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Haier H15132 after a cell swap

The H15132 uses a coulomb-counting fuel gauge that was calibrated to the original cell's internal resistance profile. A new cell has lower impedance, so the voltage under modem or screen load drops steeply at around 3.5–3.6V — a point the gauge still maps to 20–30% remaining. The phone's protection circuit hits the low-voltage floor and cuts power before the gauge catches up. One full discharge-to-shutdown cycle followed by a complete charge resets the coulomb counter reference and eliminates these early shutdowns.

Phone stays stuck on the boot logo after the battery was in storage

Li-ion cells that sit discharged for weeks can drop below 2.5V per cell, triggering the BMS deep-discharge lockout. In this state the phone draws no current and shows no charging indicator. Connect to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without attempting to power on. The BMS trickle-charges the cell up to the recovery threshold (around 2.9V), at which point normal charging resumes and the phone boots.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Haier H15132 show 25% battery and then shut off without warning?

This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity problem. The new cell's internal resistance differs from the original, so the fuel gauge IC — still using the old discharge curve — misreads the actual state of charge. Under the brief current spike of the modem or display, voltage drops below the protection threshold before the gauge registers it. Run one full discharge to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% in a single session to recalibrate the coulomb counter.

The battery percentage on my H15132 keeps jumping around after I fitted the new cell — is it faulty?

It is not faulty. The fuel gauge IC on the H15132 is calibrated to the original cell's specific charge curve. When a new cell goes in, the IC has no accurate reference point yet and interpolates erratically between charge states. One complete discharge-to-shutdown cycle followed by an uninterrupted full charge gives the IC enough data to rebuild its reference map. After that cycle, percentage readings stabilise.

My H15132 feels warm near the battery while charging the new cell — is that normal?

Some warmth is expected on the first few charge cycles. A fresh high-impedance cell converts more charge energy to heat than a conditioned one, and the charge IC on the H15132 does not throttle current for a new cell's initial resistance profile. Warmth that lets you hold the phone comfortably is within range. If the back becomes too hot to hold or charging stops mid-session, check that the charger output does not exceed 5V/1A — the H15132 does not support higher-current protocols and an incompatible charger forces the charge IC to work harder than it should.
