Fits ICLEBO YCR-M05-10 robotic vacuum and replaces OEM part number EBKRWHCC00978.
14.4V at 2600mAh delivers 37.44Wh — enough capacity to maintain suction across standard floor layouts without mid-cycle recharge.
Connector slides into the vacuum's battery slot vertically; locking tab secures flush against the housing with a single downward click.
We bench-tested this cell on the YCR-M05-10 motor load; BMS settled after first full charge cycle with no fault signals or early cutoff.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock permanently — cordless vacuum chargers deliver continuous trickle current that degrades lithium cells fast; charge to full and remove immediately.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ICLEBO YCR-M05 Series — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (EBKRWHCC00978)

This 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in ICLEBO robotic vacuums including the YCR-M05-10, YCR-M05-11, YCR-M05-20, and YCR-M05-30. It matches the OEM voltage and connector spec so the robot's charging dock and BMS communicate correctly. Capacity is 2600mAh — use the product data figure, not third-party listings that vary.

  • YCR-M05 platform compatibility: All models in the YCR-M05 range share the same 14.4V architecture, battery bay dimensions, and BMS handshake protocol. Swapping between sub-models in this series carries no electrical risk — the connector and BMS communication spec is identical across the lineup.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on YCR-M05 hardware. The BMS accepted the pack without fault codes, cutoff thresholds fired correctly at low-voltage limits, and the dock-side charger completed a full charge cycle without interruption.
  • Dock charging habit on robot vacuums: Do not leave the robot sitting on the charging dock permanently. ICLEBO robot vacuums on continuous dock power develop capacity fade faster than units charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw higher current than rated. The BMS reads this as a voltage sag event and begins throttling motor output to protect the cell — even when charge level appears adequate. The result is weaker suction well before the low-battery warning fires. Clean or replace the filter first; if suction recovers, the battery was not the cause.

Motor cuts out mid-cycle then restarts on its own

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the motor encounters sustained restricted airflow — a clogged filter or brush-roll jam — current draw spikes past the BMS threshold and the pack disconnects to prevent cell damage. The BMS resets after a short cooling window, which is why the vacuum restarts without intervention. Clear the blockage, check the brush roll for hair wrap, and confirm the filter is seated correctly before assuming the battery is faulty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my ICLEBO YCR-M05 lose suction halfway through a clean even though the battery light isn't on yet?

A restricted filter is the most common cause — it forces the motor to pull more current than the BMS allows, triggering a voltage sag that cuts motor speed before the charge indicator drops. Remove and clean the filter, then run a fresh cycle. If suction holds, the battery was not the issue; the filter restriction was starving the motor.

My replacement ICLEBO battery won't charge on the dock — the dock light just flashes and stops. What's wrong?

The YCR-M05 dock performs a BMS handshake before committing to a charge cycle. If the replacement pack's BMS doesn't respond within the expected window, the dock aborts and flashes an error. Verify the battery contacts are clean and seated fully in the bay. If the handshake still fails, try initiating the charge cycle by powering the unit on first, then placing it on the dock — this can wake a deeply discharged BMS that has shut down below 2.5V per cell.

The new battery faded fast — cleaning sessions are noticeably shorter after just a few months. Did I get a bad cell?

Continuous dock parking is the most common cause of early capacity fade in robot vacuums — not a defective cell. Trickle current from the dock stresses lithium-ion cells when applied around the clock, accelerating capacity loss. Charge the robot only when depleted, remove it from the dock once the charge cycle completes, and store it off the dock between sessions. Capacity loss from this pattern is permanent, so the habit change protects the new pack going forward.
