This is a 14.4V 3400mAh lithium-ion battery pack for the ICLEBO YCR-M05-10 robotic vacuum and related YCR-M05 variants. It fits the YCR-M05-10, YCR-M05-11, YCR-M05-20, YCR-M05-30, and eight additional models in the same series. Capacity is 48.96Wh as rated.

• YCR-M05 series compatibility: All confirmed fit models share the same 14.4V power rail, physical pack dimensions, and BMS handshake protocol. The connector orientation and cell arrangement match the original pack, so the robot's onboard controller reads the replacement without flagging a fault condition.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on YCR-M05 series hardware. The BMS responded correctly to charge termination and to motor-load spikes during simulated carpet transitions — no unexpected cutoffs were recorded under normal operating draw.
• Dock charging habit on robotic vacuums: Do not leave the robot sitting on the charging dock permanently between uses. Continuous trickle charging on Li-ion packs in this class accelerates capacity fade noticeably. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next cleaning cycle.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS expects — usually caused by a partially blocked filter or brush roll, not a failing battery. The pack voltage sags under elevated motor load, and the BMS interprets this as a low-charge condition before the cells are actually depleted. Clean the filter and brush roll first, then retest. If suction recovers and the indicator stabilises, the battery was not the problem.

Motor cutting out and then recovering mid-cycle

A momentary cutout followed by recovery is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted suction — from a clogged filter or tangled brush — pushes current draw past the BMS threshold, and the pack shuts the output rail briefly to protect the cells. Once load drops, the BMS resets and the motor restarts. Clear the restriction completely and confirm the filter is dry before reinserting it; a damp filter increases airflow resistance and keeps draw elevated above 14.4V nominal operating current.
