This is a 14.4V 3400mAh lithium-ion battery pack for the ICLEBO YCR-M05-10 robotic vacuum and related YCR-M05 variants. It fits the YCR-M05-10, YCR-M05-11, YCR-M05-20, YCR-M05-30, and eight additional models in the same series. Capacity is 48.96Wh as rated.

If suction recovers and the indicator stabilises, the battery was not the problem.
Motor cutting out and then recovering mid-cycle
A momentary cutout followed by recovery is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted suction — from a clogged filter or tangled brush — pushes current draw past the BMS threshold, and the pack shuts the output rail briefly to protect the cells. Once load drops, the BMS resets and the motor restarts. Clear the restriction completely and confirm the filter is dry before reinserting it; a damp filter increases airflow resistance and keeps draw elevated above 14.4V nominal operating current.

A blocked filter is the first thing to check. When airflow is restricted, the motor works harder and draws more current than rated, draining the pack faster than normal. Remove, clean, and fully dry the filter, then run a full charge cycle before testing again. If runtime improves, the filter was pulling excess current — not a battery problem.
The robot cuts out mid-clean, sits for a moment, then starts again on its own — what is happening?
That self-recovering cutout is the BMS tripping on an overcurrent spike, typically caused by a tangled brush roll or a blocked suction path forcing the motor to sustain high draw. The BMS shuts the output rail to protect the cells, then resets once load drops. Clear the brush roll and suction inlet completely, then run the vacuum on a hard floor to confirm current draw returns to normal before using it on carpet again.
My replacement battery charges but the robot still returns to the dock unusually quickly — what should I check first?
Continuous dock charging on the original battery degrades cell capacity over time, so a new pack restoring full voltage can still look "short" if the robot's low-battery threshold was calibrated against a faded pack. Run two full charge-and-deplete cycles off the dock to let the BMS recalibrate its state-of-charge reading. After the second cycle, check that the pack voltage reads at or near 16.8V at full charge before docking.
