This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a flat battery. It happens when restricted airflow forces the motor to pull sustained current above the BMS cutoff threshold — the BMS opens the discharge circuit to protect the cell, then resets after the load clears. The trip point on this 14.4V pack is set below what a fully obstructed motor draws. Check the brush roller for tangled debris and rinse the filter before concluding the battery is at fault. If the unit runs cleanly on a clear floor without tripping, the battery is functioning correctly.
